I purchased an item from Sports Fanz back on Feb. 19, 2022 for $14.99 plus $7 s&h (total $21.99) and have yet to receive the item. I have emailed them 5 times and sent a message to them via their website twice. All correspondence has gone unanswered. I want a refund to my credit card, which was charged the day I made the purchase.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
The business only sent me the item AFTER I filed the complaint and after the item was delivered then they responded to the complaint. I have no doubt that had I not filed the complaint the item I ordered and paid for would still be sitting at the business and not at my residence! They are crooked and I’ll never deal with them again!

I made an online purchase on December 1, 2021 for $19.99 for a license plate frame and $10.00 for shipping. The total charge was $29.99. I emailed the company on 12/28/2021 letting them know that I never received the item. I emailed the company on 12/31/2021 letting them know I would like to cancel my order. I emailed the company again on 1/21/2022 after not receiving my order, letting them know I would like to cancel my order and asking for confirmation. I have called the store location 3 times and no one answers and there is no voicemail to leave a message. I emailed the company again on February 2 letting them know that I was now going to file a complaint with the BBB.Business response

Company received funds for product,sent a delivery date of 12/16/@021, when product was not received try contacting bussiness 3 times with no response or updated delivery date. Try to get on website for information does not seem to be correctBusiness response

I ordered a ******* ******* ****** ****** on Black Hitch Cover on Oct. 20 2021. My credit card was charged $37.00 and I have not received my product. I have sent emails and I received one reply stating that the product have been shipped. I checked the tracking number and it only states that shipping label created. I called and can not get anyone to answer. I attached the order details. This is the tracking number **** **********************. Anything you can do will help. Thank youBusiness response
