This April, I uploaded my tax documents to be processed through the Remote Tax Expert. I didn't hear anything back, & I called in June to see what the delay was. Apparently the "expert," *****************************, had marked my 2020 taxes as completed in MARCH, before I had uploaded anything. The customer service agent on the phone said that the expert made an error & apologized on the company's behalf, & said a manager would reach out to me in 5 business days. I asked for the "remote tax expert" to not contact me or touch my taxes again. I waited for a manager to call. Obviously that didn't happen. I called again after the estimated time of 5 or so days passed, same thing, no one called or emailed me back. I called again. Nothing back. Then, the "remote tax expert" reached out to me ASKING FOR MONEY, after I asked for her to NOT CONTACT ME. No other person from H&R Block reached out to me. I called again & again, to the point where the customer service agents know me. They said normally a manager would have reached out the first *********** don't know why it's taking MONTHS to hear back. They also apologized for the "remote tax expert" contacting me & confirmed that it was noted for her NOT to contact me. Recently a customer service agent gave me the name of the manager of the branch that is causing all of this, *********************. I called, the front desk person said he doesn't come in much & his daughter is running things. I asked for her name... it was the "remote tax expert" - the woman who was unprofessional, unpleasant, & absolutely mishandled my situation and gave me this whole headache in the first place IS THE OWNER'S DAUGHTER! Since H&R Block seems to endorse ********, ************************* I have had no choice but to file a complaint. I was mislead & ********, and I just want this to be over. Six months is long enough to resolve the problem. Just release my tax return, for free, so I never have to contact your business again.Business response

I am rejecting this response because no manager has been in contact with me. They have my phone number, mailing address, and email address. They also have my fiancs. I am sorry to say that the manager is not being truthful with you.
