Hi ***, We'd really appreciate a moment of your time to chat about your situation. We can locate 1 customer in our files that matches the job as you've described, but would like to know the address of the residence to confirm we have the correct details.
From what we can see, provided we are reviewing the correct project, the roof was installed in 2008 with a repair completed in 2020. When installing the roof, our records indicate we did place a small slope on the roof with ***** board. Your comments indicates this wasn't completed, which concerns us and we'd like to review this further. Can you please contact me directly at ************************************** or ************.
