I bought this scale on 24 May 2021 and didn't receive it unti 21 June 2021. It has been an issue every since I had it. I had it for two months and it wasn't acting correctly. I started contacting customer service from September up until now. They stated they would send me a replacement and I still haven't received it. They only respond with helping with the app on the phone when it's the scale. The only way to communicate is through ******** and there are so many angry customers complaining about not receiving their order or a replacement. I want a refund.Business response

I placed an order for a scale on 09/09/2021. On 10/21/21 after still not receiving the scale, I emailed to inquire. I was told it would ship and be delivered by 11/10/2021. On 11/23/2021 with still no scale, I emailed requesting a refund. I was told I would receive my refund in 5-7 business days. On 12/07/21, I emailed about my refund as I still haven't received it, and was told it is still in process. ******************** I just want the refund for a product that I clearly was never going to receive.Business response
