They took the money off my $25 gift card and they keep telling me the bank is holding the funds. I talked to my bank and they said that there was nothing trying to be deposited into my account. Dont trust this companyBusiness response

Unfortunately, there was an error with the card processor, which caused a delay with the scheduled payout. We have resolved all issues, and the customers new estimated delivery date of funds will be 1/29. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I gave him a $50 hotles.com card to exchange for cash as they claim they do. It was credited to their account and I called the card and they said that all the money was transferred to another card immediately I waited for two days like they said to have my transferred, they never transferred any money to me at all. This company is a scam, I do not recommend it. Im out $50 now this paycheck is horrible at this company company doesBusiness response

Per our Terms of Service, until your transaction is reviewed, the funds subject to the Hold will not be available to you for other purposes. In the event either you or we decide not to consummate a transaction, the Hold will be canceled, and funds will be returned to your card. When we canceled the transaction the charge was immediately voided, but it is up to the prepaid card issuer to re-credit the funds to the account. If you have questions on when the charge will be removed from the card we suggest reaching out to the prepaid card issuer, but it is usually removed within 5-7 business days.

I tried to exchange a 100 dollar **** vanilla gift card, the card reflected 0 on its amount afterwards and then my P2C account was block automatically. This is really sad stealing from people . Tried to sign back in but says my account doesnt exist. This is criminal and this business should be looked investigatedBusiness response

I seen on they review they say the same thing they told me and no one still received their money yet they are a scam company. I talk to the card associated bank and they said they money was taking out of their bank account. The app prepaid2Cash.com took ***** off my prepaid **************** Card after it was going through the pending process. I tried to process 2 **** cards. They were both declined. One card was for $25 and the other card was for $50. The one for $50 went to $25, so they took this money. Now both cards are on hold and cannot use them either of them. This was a gift from my kids and now I cannot use them. I am truly frustrated and upset. Do NOT post the comments you are posting. Be honest and own to your errors and pay back the money of $75. I live paycheck to paycheck and now I am short money - my error for trusting this company. Never again - pay me back!Business response

On may 28,2023 I tried to sell a gift card. The transaction was declined. My gift card funds have been frozen since then but I have not been credited for the sale. Attempts to reach out to customer service are getting nowhere. While processing the transaction, the card processor experienced an issue, which caused the transaction to be held up. We are working alongside the card processor to understand and resolve this issue, as it has never happened before. We are working to fix this issue, and we hope to have it resolved soon.
