            I am filing this complaint against Bay Alarm Medical. I subscribed to their medical alarm services, and during a medical emergency, Bay Alarm Medical failed to follow proper protocol by not making the necessary additional calls to assist me. As a result, the *************** had to break down my door to provide the medical assistance I needed.This organization exploits elderly, vulnerable, and disabled individuals by charging fees while endangering their lives.This failure not only caused significant damage to property but also resulted in emotional trauma. I am seeking reimbursement to cover the damages, refund and the distress caused by this incident.

            Terrible service. Agents cant solve problems and refuse to connect you with a supervisor. Equipment is cheap, and has broken three times in less than two years. This company tries to charge you to replace their broken equipment. Fall detectors are unreliable, because they wont charge fully, yet the company refuses to replace them even though a fall that is not detected could be a life or death matter.
