      We ordered a new custom Hardtop for our **** Bronco from Advanced Fiberglass Concepts on 7/3/23. They have been promising delivery for a year. Production has been extended several times. On 9/3/24 we got an email apologizing that they will not be able to deliver the product and cannot give a refund. It seems they have been taking orders and payment in full on a product they cannot deliver. We want a full refund as they are not able to provide the product we purchased.

      February ******* I ordered a hard top for my 2021 Bronco. I paid $7100 for the top. I was told due to Covid and supply chain issues the top would take a little longer than expected. Advanced Fiberglass lead me on month after month telling me the top will be ready soon. Sent emails saying the top is in production. I received an email the other day telling me the top will not be sent out because of another company stole their ideas and there is now legal action against another company. That I need to contact my credit card company for reimbursement. My credit card company contacted me today and said there is nothing they can do about the transaction and Advanced has not returned any of their calls. So basically they stole $7100 from my pocket.

      this is the blanket response to all the complaints to bbb, Yelp, and several online blogs. I do not accept Advance Fiberglass Concepts reply.

      Similar to what is estimated to be over 1000 customers, ***************************************** took over $7,000 from me as a prepayment for a Bronco hardtop (my order was Dec 2023). In August, I received an email message and video from **** explaining that their business deal with the manufacturer had gone badly; and we would receive no product and no refund of our deposit. Needless to say, this is illegal and unethical. **** and Advanced continue to advertise and sell other products, so they should be actively and aggressively making restitution. Has anyone taken any legal action. I will be contacting the Orange County DA and the media. This is a fraud until monies are paid back, and should be prosecuted as such.

      While I understand Advanced Fiberglass believes another company,***, was fraudulent and responsible for its customers losses, it was ***************************************** that took orders and funds from customers.  ***************************************** appears to still be in a commercial business, yet has offered no plan to do the hard work of pledging their future earnings and the value of their and their owners assets to remedy a fraud they facilitated.  A mere sorry we lost your prepayments and we feel just as bad as you is neither professional, adult, or acceptable.

      On December 26th of 2023, I ordered at **** Bronco Hardtop from Advanced Fiberglass Concepts I was required to prepay for the order, $6000 for the hard top, $845 for shipping, and $136.91 in taxes totaling $7,410.19. The hard top would be delivered in 5-6 months. Following up April of 2024 and was told the order was on track for a late May early June delivery. I was very mindful of the delivery date as my daughter was moving across the country to college in late June and it was for her vehicle. Later that month, I was told the order had slipped to late June. I then provided them a new shipping address (where my daughter was going to summer school). There took the new address and said they would ship it there.In early June of 2024, I requested another update on my order. I was told that it would now be late July before we would see the product. Later in June I asked for another update as I needed to coordinate the delivery for my daughter. I was told the order was on track, moving through production, and expect to be delivered in late July. I escalated to Advanced Fiberglass Management as I was concerned that the date kept slipping and I really need to get the hard top delivered and installed before fall school started in August. I then spoke to them in person and they were less that confident of July delivery.On July 17th, I had had enough. I requested to cancel my order and receive a full refund. On July 26th they confirmed my cancellation and refund stating it would be 20 days before I got the check. On August 20th I requested an update on my refund and if it had been processed. On August 22nd, I received a message that they are now unable to process refunds due to an "ongoing legal dispute with their supplier (APG)". Subsequently an email went out to all customers stating they will not be issuing refunds and to contact our credit card companies. Credit Card Companies will not help due to transaction being so far in the past.

      I ordered a top for my new Bronco and they took my money but can't produce a top they sent out a video saying we won't get our top because they are in law suit against the people they partnered with took 4.5 million. They will not refund our money these top were ******* dollors and so there is a lot of out that money yet there still in business what a scam. I PAID 7/28/2023 they refunded my money once in 3/30/2024 by mistake so I gave it back because I wanted a top they are a lot of people out ******* this should not happen they say there not at fault because they gave our money to there partner but they took the money. I call the other company he said you need to talk to the person the took the money.

      I placed an order for the Bronco Hardtop through Advance ******************** Concepts on July 17, 2023. I was told by ADV ******************** that orders were anticipated to ship within a couple months. I have emailed and/or called the company once a month for status updates and responses always included another reason as to why shipping was being pushed back and always with a different excuse. Every month they said shipping was pushed until the end of that month for a new reason. I was always told as well that they would reach back out to me soon with updates and that never happened as I always had to reach out from my end. Upon reaching out to the company for another status update on Monday, August 19th they asked if I received the update sent out with unfortunate news to all purchasers on August 8th, which I did not. I was then told that all their custom hardtops ordered would not be fulfilled and there was no intent to refund any money. The only option given to me by the company was to contact my credit card company for an item paid for over a year ago to start a dispute in hopes they would handle it. In no way should I, or any other customer take the fall for this company trusting the wrong person to source production through. There had to be signs much earlier on for this company and they should have protected their customers. At this point, I definitely feel they have not been truthful at any point in time during this process to any one judging by the other reviews and complaints out there and they have stolen money from so many people.

      I ordered a modular hardtop for my 2021 **** Bronco. I paid Advanced Fiberglass Concepts 100% in full to include CA state taxes and shipping costs. Total paid to them in April 27, 2022 was $7,254.99. They have never shipped my hardtop and stated they are now not producing the hardtops. They stated they will not issue their customers refunds. They continuously moved the shipping date for the last 2.5 years and assured the product was going to be worth the wait so I did not request a refund as I was under the impression that it would be shipped. They have not responded to my request for refund. .

      I ordered a hard top for my bronco 9-24-23 and was told that it was in production up until Middle of July. Then on 8-7-24 was told no product would be coming and no return of money!! They stated contact my credit card company for money. I contacted my credit card company and it is too far outside of the time frame for them to do anything. I entered into a contract with advanced fiberglass concepts to produce a hardtop for my bronco. They failed to complete contract and don't want to give money back.

      I ordered a bronco hardtop almost two years ago. This was over 7 thousand dollars. The company insisted there were no production issues and kept telling me it would be delivered. Ultimately they admitted to poor business decisions and did not deliver the hard top. Remarkable, they did not offer a refund at that time. They also stopped answering correspondence.

      This company is doing business,has not filed for bankruptcy and is making money. There first priority should be to repay the clients that paid for the superior hardtop they offered. The numerous updates and you tube videos stating that it will be worth the wait is why people put their faith in this company. Again repaying the clients is first priority.
