In October 2024, BBB contacted VIB07 LLC regarding claims in its advertising.

Its website includes many health benefit claims related to its products.  According to the BBB Code of Advertising, the primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data. For claims to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any illness or disease, scientific clinical evidence from human clinical trials is preferred to support these claims. 
Some of these claims include:
"Achieve a toned, stronger, and cellulite-free body with just 10 minutes a day—thanks to VIB-07, the most effective at-home fitness solution."
"Boost metabolism, improve flexibility, reduce fat and cellulite, tone muscles, boost strength, improve circulation, relieve joint pain"
"10 Minutes workout on the VIB-07 Plate = burning 800 calories. Which is same as 1 Hour of Jogging, 30 Min of Swimming, 1 Hour of Cycling, 30 Min of Yoga, 100 Sit-Ups"
"97% [of users] reported improved physical health with increased strength, flexibility, and reduced joint discomfort."
"Physical therapist recommended vibration plate with clinically proven results for overall physical health, bone strengthening, and weight loss."

The business did not respond to BBB's request that it modify, discontinue, or provide substantiation for its claims.

Its website states "Voted NUMBER 1 in home fitness for 2024."  Superlative statements in advertisements about the tangible qualities and performance values of a product or service are objective claims for which the advertiser must possess substantiation as they can be based upon accepted standards or tests. The business did not respond to BBB that it provide proof for this claim. 

The statement "As seen on Forbes, Harvard Medical School, healthline, MNT (MedicalNewsToday)" appears on its website.  According to the BBB Code of Advertising, misrepresentation may result not only from direct statements, but by omitting or obscuring a material fact.  The business did not respond to BBB when it inquired if company the subject of an article or news story on these products or was it an advertiser.

Its advertising includes customer testimonials and endorser statements, including:
"After just a month on the VIB-07, my cellulite has noticeably faded, and my thighs feel firmer"
"Since using the VIB-07, my stubborn belly fat has visibly reduced, and I feel so much more confident!"

In general, advertising which uses testimonials or endorsements is likely to mislead or confuse if it contains representations or statements which would be misleading if made directly by the advertiser.  VIB07 LLC did not respond to BBB's request that it provide substantiation for these statements.

Its website advertises a "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee" and a "FREE 1 Year Warranty."  When using the term “warranty” or “guarantee” in product advertising, the advertiser must clearly and conspicuously include a statement that the complete details of the warranty or guarantee can be seen prior to sale at the advertiser's location, viewed on the advertiser’s website or include a basic disclaimer such as 'call for details.'  The business did not make adjustments to its advertising.
