I hired 2 Young Studs to move me from my Condo to another apartment in the same town. Upon arrival to my complex, the driver of the moving truck hit a deck adjacent to the building I was moving out of. He contacted the owner of the moving company Christopher M****, who advised him that as a bonded and insured company, when the property management company sent him a quote for the repairs he would cover the damages. The movers performed my move, I paid the movers in cash that same night, twice the price I was originally quoted. Since then, Mr. M**** ghosted me. I sent him the quote from the property management, I have called, texted, sent emails requesting payment and he has not responded. I was personally held liable for the damages and had to cover the cost of the repairs myself. Christopher M**** is irresponsible and not a man of his word. If his company is insured, why would he not take ownership of his drivers and the potential damage they may cause performing these moves. I was a faithful customer having used them 3 times previously, but after 45 days chasing him to take responsibility I believe he is not someone to be trusted and should be held to account by this agency.

If I could give this business zero stars I would!! Every review on here is exactly what we experienced!!! The workers obviously had no moving experience, like it was just a summer job! They had no tools to take anything apart, nothing to cover or secure the furniture and one of the workers wreaked of marijuana. The job took much longer than was antipicated as these workers were not efficient and multiple things were damaged! The owner, Chris, is an extremely vile bully who obviously feels he can scream at and cuss customers out!! He did not want to listen to anything we had to say, he just swore at us, called us scum bags and threatened to sue my friend who hired him. If you notice, a lot of the negative reviews are from women!!! I truly believe he feels superior to women anc feels that he can treat them like crap!!! BUYER DEFINITELY BEWARE OF THIS HORRENDOUS COMPANY!!!
