Terrible customer service. Purchased a vehicle from this place last month. Drove the car for 1 week, 6 codes cluster not lighting up. Back and forth from ********** ** *********** 4 times, wasting my time, and my money for fuel in 2 vehicles and Uber Twice. The owner tells me that’s not too far. To make matters worse they still have the vehicle for a catalytic converter code, and cannot get it through emissions. Grant it they replaced it the first time with an aftermarket catalytic converter. The code came back on, and when I told them that they said it was impossible. They just put a new converter on the car! This place has no respect for peoples time or business! They will put you on the back burner like they did me. I am extremely disappointed by the customer service, by the way, my car is still sitting in the parking lot which they told me to come pick up that I could still drive it. I can’t afford to keep running back and fourth to Wallingford for a car that still needs to be repaired. I deem it their responsibility to get it through emissions, I am not being compensated for my time, nor my fuel, or the cost to get back home after dropping off the vehicle, or the fact that now I have to rent a vehicle because the vehicle that I purchased from Cheap Auto rental will not pass emissions. Fix the vehicle, get it through emissions, then allow me to pick it up! Before the car is sold, once a deposit is placed on the vehicle all of these issues should’ve been addressed before allowing the customer to drive off with it. I put my trust into what this business advertised online but I guess once they close a deal the integrity goes out the window. Absolutely unacceptable! *******

You purchased the car knowing that it was going to be due for emissions. It's a $3,488 car with 199,000 miles. I purchased a replacement catalytic converter in good faith. It's no good. I have ordered another one and will return the first one when I get this one. The car is perfectly driveable in the meantime. You have chosen to leave it here until I have the second replacement cat installed and have gotten it through emissions. I am fulfilling my obligations under the very precisely and explicitly worded warranty in good faith and as quickly as possible. This is a cheapo buy here pay here financed 15 year old car with nearly 200k, not a new *********

Ok. So you trying to re use a catalytic converter is legal? Per the EPA THIS IS ILLEGAL! You’re selling cars to people knowing they won’t pass emissions. I will follow through with pushing this complaint through the better business bureau, the EPA for your illegal actions, and also the department of motor vehicles. You’re gaslighting your customers! Just off of your responses alone on all of your negative reviews, it’s almost comical! It would be different if it was an honest mistake but you’re literally pushing cars out from the auction that you’re not even inspecting. You have a real scam going on over there and someone needs to put a microscope on the scam of a used car dealer you are running. If you put a used catalytic converter on my car just to push it through omissions believe me the EPA will be notified. Fair warning
