TERRIBLE!!!! We hired them to do a job for us Mr C. and Bob with Cook's Aluminum llc/ Cooks Mobile Home Repair. They started on 12/14/2021 and it took till 02/23/22 just to get architecture drawing and permit. There first day at our home was 02/23/22 and it took till 05/12/22 till it was completed including final inspection which only took one day. Of the 5 months they only worked on our project 18 day's. The rest of the time was spent on other jobs they took on. When they did show up they would arrive between 9:00 am and 9:30 am. Would work till about 11:00-11:30 then go to lunch and would return anywhere from a hour to two hours later depending on how many jobs they went and bid on during lunch. They would leave at 2:00 pm everyday regardless of time spent on our job which averaged 2-4 hours at the most. Of the 5 months it took to finish our job they only worked 18 days on our job being gone anywhere from a week to a month at a time. They would look you right in the eye and swear they would be back next day or week saying " My word is my bond" and wouldn't show up or call or text. The quality of work is OK to good if you don't have an eye for detail. And you had better be there every minute or you will end up with a less than desirable results. And if you do decide to use them be sure to have your patience pill prescription filled because you are going to need them. It was a very frustrating experience and we do not recommend them to anyone if you can find anyone else who does the same type of work. We are just glad they finally finished our job and we don't have to deal with the aggravation anymore.
