Untrustworthy Company with Deceptive Billing Practices - Avoid Guardian Pools!I hired Guardian Pools in April for weekly pool maintenance, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. They were supposed to service my pool four times that month, but they only showed up twice! Thats half the service I paid for, so I canceled their service before the month was even over.But the problems didnt stop there. Even after I canceled, they charged my card $125 later that same month. I contacted the owner, who apologized and refunded the money, claiming it was a mistake. I hoped that would be the end of it, but I was wrong.To my shock, on July 15ththree months after I had canceled their servicethey charged me another $250 without any authorization or ongoing business with them. I had already blocked their charges with ***************** but when I called to dispute this new charge, I was informed that Guardian Pools uses two different merchant ID numbers to charge customers credit cards. This sneaky tactic allows them to bypass blocks and continue charging you even after youve tried to protect yourself.This company is not only unreliable but also engages in deceitful and unethical billing practices. Do yourself a huge favor and stay far away from Guardian Pools. I deeply regret ever trusting them with my pool and my money.
