Called on 6/27, a boastful tech was sent on 28th who over promised and never delivered. No communication from office. A motor was ordered and when I questioned the age of machine was gaslighted like I was crazy for questioning the techs advice. He said the work was guaranteed for 90 days, the part would come in 3 faster than I could get a new washer. Motor took over a week with me calling to check.He asked for half down of $618 including $125 for the service call which was supposed to be waived if you chose to repair the appliance. Now he included it as labor.When I met him in the driveway on the 6th, he said he had emails to work on so to go inside. I had the garage open and went in the house to keep the dog quiet. A bit later he called me over to tell me the bad news. The new motor lasted 21 cycles and burned out. There was nothing more he could do as it would be too costly to repair. He went to his car compact car, no repair van like legitimate businesses drive and came back and said I didnt owe anymore at this point but felt bad and would talk to his boss.I havent heard from them and left messages. I told him to take the part back but he refused. There was no packaging or sign of the motor he took out.Now reading the other bad reviews I understand why.
