Hello my name is ***** ********* and Ive been here since October 23, 2024, and the first day Ive checked in the manager has been rude and disrespectful. She never acknowledge me. I called ahead of time to see if I was able to bring my service dog they said yes the manager came and seen my dog and complained and said I couldnt have my service dog so manager gave me attitude and then said it was fine. Then I felt like the manager is racist . I would wait in lobby for a long time before they help me, but they will help everybody else that speak Spanish.! manager said I had to go because of late deposit. The first time I was 30 mins late .The 2nd time I didnt realize my reservation was expired, but room was paid for because I didnt know reservation was up. I have a disability and manager tries to kick me out with no warning. She gives me a hard time every time because I feel like I am because I am African-American. I had to tell manager the rug because rug was dirty and left my foot dirty all the time when I came into room the bathroom was not clean properly. Furniture was dirty and the door keeps locking on me. Manager is not a nice person with a person with disability, she treats me wrong manager is rude too . this hotel only helps out Puerto Ricans and Dominican people I no longer would like to stay here due to the disrespectful managers. The other workers and housekeepers and maintenance are great workers, but the managers are mean.

Hello Rakia,Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for any negative interactions youve had during your stay, especially regarding your service dog and any feelings of disrespect or discomfort. We strive to treat all our guests with respect, care, and inclusivity, and were very sorry to hear that your experience did not reflect that standard. Please know that we take these concerns seriously, especially regarding your accommodations and the cleanliness of the room. We addressed these issues with our team and the feedback was that the carpet in your room was cleaned back on October 30th and new linen was provided every time you had requested. Additionally, we will review our policies and communication around service animals to prevent any future misunderstandings. Please be advised that the only time Management inquired about the service animal was because an employee informed us that the dog was on the hallways without a leash and for our safety and our guests' safety, we brought this matter to your attention.Kindly be advised that our main concern regarding your stay has been the communication with the front desk agents regarding any future reservations, length of stay and the late payments for the security deposit and the Hotel Service Fee since check out is at 11 am. On several occasions, you have come late to make these payments past 3pm or 4pm. Therefore, we made the decision to no longer honor any future reservations. If there is anything further, we can do to support you during the remainder of your stay, please let us know. We value your feedback and are committed to making sure every guest feels welcome and respected.Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We hope we can regain your trust.
