      My car was declared total loss recently. *********** Auto Finance requested the dealer to send them copy of the warranty refund check for the *** insurance. I called several times to the dealer, my husband went in person and nobody helped us. I called several times today and nobody from Financing or **************** answered my calls. I need the *** insurance to cover the remaining loan balance and AutoNation it's causing the delay.

      the cancellation has been done but it takes up to 8 weeks to get the refund. reach out to the customer and explained the process.

      I bought certified Toyota rav4 from this dealership. While buying the car I was told that it comes with 2 year maintenance plan and that plan can be used at any autonation dealership. (I specifically asked if I have to come their dealership for maintenance and I was told I can go to any dealership).Now when I scheduled my maintenance at ******* autonation they do not honor my maintenance plan because its not in system. When I called dealership now person on the phone says it can be only used in their dealership and disconnected the phone. This is a serious problem where sales person says anything for sale and no obligation after sale is done.

      First time car buyer here. I purchased a car(vin: 2T1BURHEOKC212178) on July 14 for $21,006.13. I then noticed the tire pressure light come on about 30 minutes out on clean roads. I checked all the tires and had it taken into my local Toyota Dealership in Lakeland. They said all the tires look correct and its a system issue. I then go all the way back speak with the manager. He seems very nice but then he comes back stating the tire pressure light was never on. Which just gave me red flags as many people saw the light. I then decided to return the car on July 15. He said it would take ***** business days for the check to come back. He stated it was built into the contract and there should be not issues. Its past the 15 business days. I contacted Autonations customer support on July 16th for a receipt or some sort of proof that it was being sent no one got back to me. I did it again yesterday and no one got back to me. I have interest accumulating on the car loan for a car I didnt get. I need help.

      I came in on 7/13/23 and purchased a used Toyota Camry SE and initially was putting down $10,000.00 on the vehicle. Then I was told if i put down another $1,000.00 my payment would only be $311.00 monthly. So I put down another $1,000.00 when I went to financing with ******************* to electronically sign the paperwork. ******************* did not ask me if I wanted to pay for any extra care packages or extended service. To my understanding this car came with 2 year oil change and tire rotation automatically. ******************* said to me we gave you a 4 year tire rotation and oil change package and tire and wheel protection. ******************* never asked me if I wanted it or said anything about me paying extra for it. ******************* did not give me any copies of what he had me sign electronically when we were done thursday signing everything and when i asked for a copy of what i just signed electronically he said you will get copies tomorrow when you come pick up the car after they tint the car and put it through CPO inspection. So I did not get a chance to read it . I was not looking to pay $20,486.72 after putting down $11,000.00 on this car. That is ridiculous. The car is not worth the $31,486.72 it used and has over ****** miles on it. I do not want any extended service. I do not want a 4 year package, I only want the 2 year oil change and tire rotation that came with the sale of the car. This needs to be changed. This was not legal to not ask me if I wanted to pay for extra extended service. This process was wrong in so many ways. I am very unhappy and this is the 4th Toyoyta i have bought at your location. Then the paperwork says my car payment is $364 a month after I was told if I put down another $1,000.00 that my payment would be $311.

      I bought a new 2023 Toyota Tacoma from auto nation and found out latter that I had signed up for gap protection and dent protection with I did not ask for or want.On both of these contracts there is a cancelation clause witch I want to use to cancel these contracts, I have tried 5 times to get finance ***** I left messages to call me but I have yet to get a call back.The finance person is ************************* the other person who is the manager is ************** who I talked to and said to me he would have ************** call me, it has been 2 weeks now and no returned calls to me. I simply want a refund on these contracts

      I wouldnt recommend anyone to ever buy a pre owned vehicle at this establishment. I was sold a lemon. The vehicle was brought in 6 days after purchase with zero oil in it. They stated they fixed the issue. A week after getting the vehicle back it was brought back with the same exact issue, they stated the vehicle needed a new engine. They refused to pay for a new engine because it was outside the warranty, however the first time the vehicle was brought in it was under warranty. They knew the engine was gonna blew and put a bandaid on the issue until I was outside the window of the warranty.

      The vehicle was purchased on December 9th, 2022. The vehicle came with a 90 day, ***** mile limited warranty. 6 days would not have put the customer outside of the warranty window. We would be happy to take a look at the vehicle and offer a goodwill discount on the repair. Keep in mind we are still offering to help 6 months after the purchase date.

      I am rejecting this response because: the vehicle has been at the facility since *******. At no point has anyone offered to assist in fixing the blown engine. The first time the vehicle was brought in it was under warranty, a bandaid was put on the issue to avoid the dealership having to pay for a new engine. ******* was the 2nd time the vehicle was brought in for the exact same issue. The service manager blamed ** for the blown engine knowing AutoNation Toyota sold ** a lemon. They refused to assist with fixing the issue. The vehicle is still on the property of the dealership.

      3/25/2023 (THURSDAY) after weeks of searching I finally found the car that I was looking for. I called and spoke with a sales rep who gave me the run down on the car and how to leave my deposit to hold the car, since I was traveling from Georgia. I was already pre-approved by my credit union so all I had to do was show this to the dealership. I was told by a manager that my credit union was closed and that they would call Friday morning to follow up.(FRIDAY) I wanted to confirm if I should go ahead and book my flight to come Saturday or if I should wait to make sure everything checked out with my credit union. Some manager by the name of ********** lied and told me everything looked good and to go ahead and book my flight.(Saturday) Went for a test drive, signed some paperwork, and then the last part was signing paperwork with the finance manager. I get to his office and come to find out they NEVER called my credit union to confirm auto loan. I told them they were closed on weekends and that this was suppose to be done on Friday. Another manager by the name of ** lied and said he called but when I called my credit union rep she states no one ever called her which I had assumed because she and I had been in contact that entire week.In the end, I was scammed into financing with the dealership. I got a warranty and gap on the car for peace of mind since I was driving it back to Georgia. I called a week later asking ****, the finance manger, if he could remove the warranty which he agreed he would. Today is 4/11/2023 no one has yet to resolve this matter. My car is not registered due to not having any paperwork on hand as requested 20 plus times. I call almost everyday and I get the same response," someone will contact you by the end of the day" this has yet to happen. I am now forced to go back to ******* to resolve this issue. I also have no idea when my ************** are suppose to be paid. They legit just put me in a car without having proper paperwork.

      Service Director contacted the guest.  She is expecting a $350 refund from Toyota Motor Sales (corporate).  I explained to her that we are a franchise, not the corporate office.  I attempted to provide her the phone number *************) to inquire about the refund, but she hung up before I could provide that information.

      I purchased a used vehicle and specifically told the salesperson I did not want a warranty or gap police added. A warranty and gap police was snuck in to the price of the vehicle. I didnt realize this as the finance person said this was already included on the price. That was false and when I rethink and reviewed the price breakdown a total of $4000 was added for said warranty and gap policy. I called and was rudely told by the sales manager ***** that he could not do the deal without both. That is untrue. I returned the vehicle the next day and the sales manager was very rude and insulting offering no resolution whatsoever. Deceptive business practice and I am now without a car and will not attempt this again for some time. Very upsetting. I feel he did not like my age and did not have to bother being pleasant to me.

The service contract was agreed to on the original purchase menu and the multiple contracts (one for the purchase, one for the gap insurance and another one for the service contract.)  We stand behind our product and strive to satisfy every customer. We allowed you to return the vehicle with no questions asked. I would be happy to provide you with all of the documents that have been signed. We do apologize for the confusion but there is nothing else we can do beyond allowing the vehicle to be returned and that was already done.

      I purchased my car back in 11/29/22, during the purchase time i took an extended warrantee that i was able to cancel at any moment without any penalties or issues. So the next day i reach out to my sells representee, ******************* . I told him i wanted to cancel this extended warrantee that i no longer was interested. He told me to come back the next day because he was already too busy. I came back on 12/8/22 spoke to him in person since my request was been ignored whenever i called. We signed the agreement that this will be cancelled and not reflect on my statement in 2 weeks. it is now 3/4/23 and this has not been corrected, this is adding ******** to my current auto loan therefore affecting how much Im been charged for interest. i want them to please get this amount off my total auto loan and compensate me for interest paid during the time this warrantee has remain as part of my auto loan debt. The sells man's name is ******************* and his # ************ and Toyota Pinella used car phone # ************. attached is the cancelation agreement, my current statement, and the agreed extended warranted that added to the amount that it did. Please help me resolve this problem. Thank you for your time hope to hear from someone in your department as soon as possible.
