Transaction was feb 7,2024 Date of event was feb,24,2024 The event was cancelled or postponed at first. Then cancelled indefinitely for *************. Good **************************** shut down and was taken over by a new company on January 20th and their name is Monster Truck Nitro Tour. They sent out mass emails indicating all purchases made up to January 20th is our responsibility and everything after is theirs and to reach out to them personally. I see your purchase was made February 7th and is therefor their responsibility and I can most certainly include there contact information for you below! :)

I purchased tickets for a show in April 2023 in ************, **. The event was canceled. I sent several emails requesting some someone contact me about a change of venue or a refund. They have not responded to any email sent. They also have not returned to our area. At this point I would like to have my money refunded to me. My total spent was $175.89. They state you can get a refund if it is canceled then at the bottom it says no refunds.Business response

The remaining balance should be coming through any time, when you switched your tickets for the show around on our website it through the system a bit off. Resulting that the remaining balance being issued is $27.

We have attached screenshots indicating the day and time of the refund being issued by our team. This must be something that is dealt with your bank unfortunately, again with you submitting a dispute with your bank puts a hold in our system and yourself with this transaction. There is unfortunately nothing further for us to do after refunding, we're not aloud to reach out to your bank, it would have to be you. I would also suggest making sure the card you're referring to is indeed that correct one when making your purchase. We unfortunately do not have access to see any cards on file to help provide any further information with the purchase.

I am rejecting this response because: What I see is an order note showing you put in a note to have it done. Maybe there was an oversight on your end, but there has not been a refund of my funds. Maybe it was started but not completed. My bank has no record of the refund being credited back to my card. It is the same card that was used to purchase the tickets. ******** also assured me they did not put "holds" on any funds that were due to be credited back to my account.Once again I am requesting you process the refund for the full amount.

Hello my name is *********************. I am actually a Detective myself but was a victim to this company. On 01/14/24 I purchased tickets for an event in **************** from the Monster Truckz company. The tickets were for a show on 02/24/24 for a total of $123.49 USD. The show was unfortunately cancelled as the company sold itself to another entity. They reached out via email stating they would refund anyone who purchased tickets and to email them at a provided email address. Unfortunately the address provided would not receive emails. I also called the company and left multiple voicemails over a couple months now to no response. I called the new company which bought the old one who informed me the old company was supposed to refund the customers but they are hearing they are not and just went silent. There is a large number of people online complaining the same. I still have not been contacted or refunded.Business response

I will be submitting this under Monster X Tour as well. First, this has to be a scam. We purchased tickets for the *** show in February 2024. The week of the show, received an email saying the show had been cancelled. It took several emails before getting one back saying to contact the second company (Monster X Tour) due to the date purchased. I emailed twice before finally getting a response saying they would be sending out an email in regards to the refund the following week. Its now April and still no refund. Steer clear of these two so called companies. They do not put the consumers first. We shouldnt be a week from May with no refund and/or communication!Business response

There just a bunch of liars lied about putting me on a file for sponsorship after had one of my competitors and 2021 them after I was trying to get a hold of them. They gave me a fake phone number told me in 2021. It was too late. They got a hold of another competitor back in February called today now they told me I cannot be a sponsor and they dont have anything for sponsors because they dont do crush cars there illegally driving trucks without titles. This place needs to be shut down immediately. And all Apartments if they have any needs to be pulled immediately because of nothing but a bunch of liars asked to speak to the boss told me I was too busy because hes getting ready for another show and I get hung up on shut them down immediately, or I will have the state involved and they will not do business in a state of Ohio Next step will be the states involved and they also block you on their main business page on ********Business response

**************** in **** I was supposed to be a sponsor next time they came up here to ****. They were supposed to put my name and phone number and email on file. They let **************; Towing. Do it a few years back be their sponsor and I asked about that and I told them that I was calling the number. They said it was a ticket line. I was calling about a month ago in ****. I reached out to them asked them why I was never contacted to be a sponsor response they dont do cars no more they do dirt when the company was a sponsor. They didnt crush Cars then. The putting it on they have new Management Now I am the tow company for the fairgrounds. I will tow and impound them. I will tell every customer that shows up that does not have my parking permit.Business response

I bought tickets for a show on March 15th for my son's birthday. It was $46. We drove over an hour and when we got there the place looked horrible and nobody was there. We were told the show had been postponed because it had rained earlier. They said they sent out an email and it must've went to my spam. I checked...nothing. They said we could come back tomorrow or the next day but we have plans all weekend. I asked about a refund but was told I'd need to email them. I emailed the email address provided in the ticket email and immediately got an error email response that the email address does not exist. I clicked the link in the email about transferring tickets to a different date/location and it said link not found. I spoke to a friend who said he went once and they drove around for 5 minutes and then canceled claiming it was too muddy. And that you had to purchase tickets for the kids bouncy house (I was told it would be free). This company is an absolute scam.Business response

Nothing in the email says that this business is BBB of ************. It clearly states Monster Truckz. The email address listed in order to contact with issues is not an actual email address, it doesn't exist. The links in the email take you to a "page not found" message.

I paid for tickets to see the show on March 2nd at 7pm in Waynesville ** at the *********************. It started lighting a couple hours before the show so the event got rescheduled for the next day (Sunday March 3rd). I couldn't attend the event the next day as I had prior obligations. When purchasing my tickets I paid for the insurance to ensure I would receive my money back in the case of bad weather. I filled out the application at the bottom of receipt to get my refund however it wouldn't accept it because it claimed it only handled cases in which people couldn't attend their bookings not where the event had been rescheduled. Since then I have called the number on the website 3 times and one of which I left a voice mail. I sent 2 emails to the help center and when I finally got a response it was only to fill out the application on my receipt which I have already done. I sent another email in response trying to figure out what to do from there stating I had already done that. I still have not gotten a response in 2 days. The tickets were not cheap and I didn't mind that since it was a birthday present for someone however I cannot throw away almost $70 when we didn't even get to attend the event.Business response

Purchased tickets from Monster Truckz. I am seeking a refund after multiple phone call attempts and emails being unanswered or directed to other emails or individuals to which they go unanswered. Not only did the company take my money, they have not given a date to which the money could be used for future events. They cancelled a show in **************** due to new ownership one week before a scheduled event. The event was supposed to be on February 24th. I have filed bank fraud on top of this submission and still waiting for my bank to make contact with me for the outcome, weeks later. They have been unapologetic as well as nonimformative about when the refund will be issued as these parties claim they dont work with the website and have no control over what the site does. Several names to mention is *****************************, *************************, *************************. Not sure if these are real people but beware! This is correct, the company is in fact under new ownership as mentioned. We do not have control over their scheduling of the show and that it's handled directly through Monster X. The names you are throwing out in the open are in fact real employees from 2 different companies and no one is scamming people, and ***** is not with the new company so their isn't much of anything she can do. With your dispute to the bank they wouldn't be able to issue any refunds as it is now strictly between you and your bank.

The company has had ample time to respond to everyone with new dates. We are going on almost a month with no communication about these future dates nor responses to emails accept the run around of who is responsible for refunds. I have emailed the new owner who basically has no helped accept one response in which all contact has been made on my part. I want everyone to see how poorly run this business is. **************** is clearly non existent with Monster Truckz if these said listed people dont work for this company. How then do you suppose we should gotten our money then? Clearly not from the help of *****. The phone numbers listed work but no one answers and I have called all the departments from marketing to accounting to customer service and left voicemails to no surprise, no calls returned. Looking at all the ratings prior to me, shows that Monster Truckz needs to be shut down and waste of money and time. Scam scam scam.

I purchased tickets for the ******************* show for February 24, 2024, however there was no show. My daughter traveled several hours with her toddler son to come watch the show only to be met with nothing, but disappointment. Several other customers showed up to the speedway as well confused as to why the show was not happening. We received an email saying the show was postponed for undisclosed reasons, but it is currently March 5, 2024 and there has been no other mention of a new date. I have reached out through email and phone for information and/or refund, but I have only been told they were under new management and no resolution. The Monster Truckz tour was scheduled to conduct an event at ******************* in ********** ** on Saturday 2/24/24. I had purchased tickets for my grandson and I to attend. We also bought the additional insurance for the event in case something unforseen happened. About a week prior we received an email that the event had been cancelled. No reason had been given. I've been thru both Monster Truckz website which the email link for refunds is now inoperable, and garden brothers/family shows. I have gotten every excuse from it'll be rescheduled next week to it's under different management now, to multiple dead end excuses.People don't answer emails or phones now. It's a shame that these crooks have walked away with everyone's money.Business response

I am unable to locate any purchase on the site from a *******************************, and when in charge, we did not offer insurance protection.
