October 15th 2023 in ************* was the show we attended. They started 15 minutes late. Then ran for 15 minutes with 2 laps from the monster trucks and then they brought dirt bikes out. They then took an intermission after 15ish minutes. I went out to talk to an employee. They said usually they don't take an intermission for 45 to 60min into show and that some of the trucks were broken. She said we could get a refund so she handed me a piece of paper with their contact information on it to contact them for a refund. I called 2 times and left voice-mail, never got anyone to answer during business hours. I also sent 2 emails.Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 adult tickets and 1 child ticket September 1st. The order number is ****** and the amount was $69. The dat for my showing was October 1st at ******************* in ********. The prices were outrageous for everything which was kind of expected however the main attraction being Monster trucks was a complete sham. There was a total of three trucks. One of which broke down going around the track for their test run. The second of three broke down after doing a donut maneuver, simply spinning in a circle so then for the rest of the show it was basically 2 people on motorcycles doing the same 3 tricks over and over again. And then the one truck did a total of 4 jumps and they ended the show. I would like a full refund and for people to know about this sham of an organization so they don't waste their hard earned money.Business response

Do know, as a traveling entertainment group running shows every weekend, our shows are subjected to change. Things happen that *** be beyond our control and or capability to be fixed sight on seen. We put out utmost all into our shows and during the occurrence as terrible it can be for our attendees it is the same for us. We thrive to satisfy all our attendees and to put on a great show, and as mentioned some things are just beyond our control.

My family and I went to Monster Truckz show at ******************* on 9/15/23. We had 2 adults and 6 kids. This was a total scam. They advertised Free pit party. There was no pit party. It was 3 trucks fenced off with a driver signing a poster. Truck rides were $21 per PERSON. Everything was over priced for a family. 5 dollars for a bottle of water. 15 for popcorn. 5 for pizza. The list goes on about how this was a scam event. Most people at booths didnt even speak english. 15 dollar for event parking at a speedway that is normally free. The Trucks are old and broken and didnt even put on a show. They were more concerned about selling toys and garbage to the crowds. Between tickets, parking, food we spend $250 at an event that was not worth this. The bouncy houses were $7.00 per kid. We had to at least do this because we came 1.5 hours early for a pit party that didnt exist. Then other kids were getting on bounce houses for free just jumping on.Business response

We do have a "free pit party" which includes the meet and greet with the driver(s), photographs, and signatures. The "kids fun zone" includes the additional children festivities of course at their own cost. As a traveling entertainment group, our shows are subjected to change and unfixable things to occur. In the event it happens, we try our hardest to fix and continue our shows to the best of our ability in the time crunch. What is your order number associated with your purchase? Its typically 6-7 numbers long. If you purchased your tickets through a 3rd party seller, depending on whom it is, you would have to reach out to them directly. Please provide me with all the information so I can look further. Thank you!

*******************************There is no advertisement that all of the kids zone things are very costly. There were people there that couldnt even afford to feed their kids with the prices. We paid for bounce houses like honest people. Others just walked on. I couldnt even find a band aid for my son when he was cut. I am highly involved in all types of motorsports and i actually feared for peoples lives sitting in the grandstand the trucks were running so poorly.

This was supposed to a monster truck show about 1/2 hour into being there the truck down doing donuts. The other trucks barely moved. Ive never in my life seen a monster truck show that the trucks dont do anything. Family of 6 totally disappointed. This was a massive let down. Hi,We had bought tickets for the Monster Truckz show in New Egypt, ********** for Sunday, 9/10 at 2 p.m. Due to severe weather, there was an announcement on the ******** page around **** AM that the show was postponed to 6 PM. When I went back on the ******** page for any updates at 2 PM, they had posted at 1pm that the show was still on at 2 PM. We live about 45 minutes from the venue and would have missed most, if not the whole show even if we have packed our 3 young kids and left right away. Also, due to the short notice, there was no more "pit party" 2 hours prior to the show that was included in the purchase of our tickets. When we bought the tickets, we had purchased insurance. When I went to apply for the refund, I was denied. Our confirmation number is: ****** and we spent $136.69. I sent an email and left voicemails and have yet to hear back. Please see the attached screenshots of our tickets and their poorly advertised announcements on the event. I would appreciate any help or direction that you can offer. Thank you!Business response

I purchased tickets on 8/11/23 for the Monster Truckz show scheduled for New Egypt on Sunday, 9/10/23 at 2pm. The morning of the show, a ******** announcement was made around 11am that indicated that the show would be rescheduled due to thunderstorms until later that afternoon and that gates would open at 4pm. I changed plans and continued with my day planning to attend the 4pm gate time. At 2pm I happened to check ******** and saw that around 12:30pm they posted another announcement indicating that the gates were opening now and that the show would continue at 2pm. At this point, living an hour away I would have never made the new show time. I would like a FULL REFUND of $98.14 due to the poor management of the show (changing multiple times and only posting on ********* no email to ticket holders) which caused my family to miss the show and not be able to use the tickets. They also did not provide the full "pit party" time of 2 hours and posted too late for people who had to travel to attend. I have called and emailed this company and no response. Multiple comments and complaints are posted to their ******** page and immediately deleted. This company is a complete scam. Order number *******Business response

Purchased and attended tickets for the 9.8 show at New Egypt through TicketHack, which is their approved vendor with insurance. Not sure where to start honestly. Let's start with in **, it is legally required for drivers to wear fire suits. And a driver "Wicked Sickness" was out there in simply, a HiVis t-shirt. Ironic, because their website states "Drivers are required to wear fire suits, safety harnesses, helmets, and head and neck restraints."Show start was supposed to be 7 - not even close. 7:40. For the 4 trucks to run for 15 minutes and then a 20 min intermission. Don't worry, the trucks come back out for another 15 mins and do yet another underwhelming show. OH, website also states "This adrenaline filled show features the most massive Monster Truckz destroying cars, flying over mind boggling jump pushing drivers and trucks to the brink of destruction. The MONSTER TRUCKZ TOUR also brings you the EXTREME Motocross Team will amaze and astonish as the soar 75 feet in distance and 35 feet above your head doing things that shouldnt be possible."There were no "destroying cars" "mind boggling jumps" "EXTREME MOTOCROSS TEAM" did not even run, who knows if they were even there.All in all, a total waste of money, and extreme false advertisement.Business response

I purchased tickets to a monster truck show the day before Easter. The show was canceled at the gate due to rain and we were told our tickets would be good the next day. Easter Sunday. I work at a church and had family commitments already for the afternoon and couldnt go on Sunday so I emailed the following requesting a refund: My Name is: *************** Event location is: *************************** Order Number (located on your purchase receipt): ****** Hi, Wed purchased tickets for the 2pm show today, but it was cancelled due to the weather. They said we could come tomorrow at 2, but we cannot come on Easter - hence why we purchased tickets for today. My family and I had purchased tickets to the show in ************ on 7/8/2023 at 2:00PM, and paid extra for refundable tickets- which included cancellations due to weather. The show was then cancelled. I have attempted to reach out to this company to resolve this issue three times with no response. They have since blocked my family on social media after trying to attempt to contact them there, as no other options have received a response.I attempted to dispute this through my credit card I used to purchase the tickets, and they responded saying the goods were received and in good condition this is absolutely NOT TRUE. They have since deleted all posts and announcements that this show time was cancelled, and any and all comments trying to get answers - seemingly to clear all evidence. Im very frustrated by this as over $100 was spent and they are now refusing to give the refund which I paid extra for.Business response

We apologize we're unsure as to why the social medias have blocked you as we do not personally have access to it. As for the refund, we tried pushing it through but with you disputing the charges already our system unfortunately wouldn't process it. You should receive the refund from "refundprotect.me", if you have still yet to receive it, I would contact them personally as they're the ones who would take care of the refund as you purchased the insurance protection on the tickets!
