      POTENTIAL BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE!!! The reviews you will find below are reinforced my experience when I recently purchased a new **** Autograph. While admittedly my transaction was also happening like others during the *** hack, it's amazing to me that ****** Automotive would not have a better business continuity plan for tech failures like this one. All that kept my experience from mimicking those below on pricing was that I had taken pictures of all the documents, so I could recreate and produce them when they tried to make changes. But thanks to their lack of competency regarding a manual process during the hack, I'm now dealing with two major issues that others might want to check on for themselves. First, there was missed paperwork during the transaction that has caused a serious snag with my transfer of registration for my trade-in. This has led to the State of Florida suspending my license next week unless I can get this resolved. Absolutely no help coming from ******/Infiniti of Tampa...they say it's not their fault. I'm having to take time off work to rectify. Secondly, again because of paperwork snafu, my trade-in wasn't paid off immediately, which has now created two more challenges...first, finance company is claiming I'm 2 month behind on vehicle I don't own anymore...and reported me to credit monitoring companies. Also, I'm owed a refund from the payoffs, which Infiniti charged me, but then paid less to lein holder. Still haven't gotten my $400. I've asked for a conversation with GM, but am not holding my breath. Entire experience speaks to total lack of leadership and integrity...both which I would have expected from ****** with their self reported commitment to excellence while wrapping themselves in the American flag and service. Would advise others to do like me and contact David H***, ****** CEO, and other leaders on ******** to insure they are aware.
