      I bought a BRAND NEW four wheeler two months ago from broward motorsports of Palm Beach who added attachments(snorkel kit,lift kit, winch, rims and tires) to this bike before purchase. It caught on fire on its own in my back yard next to my house and other two bikes, I had to call my local fire department to help put it out(case#********) It’s only two months old and Kawasaki nor the dealership (broward motorsports of Palm Beach) want to take ownership in their faulty bike and want me to pay for it.

      We were the selling dealer of the *** to **************, not the manufacturer of the ***.  We did/do not provide a warranty of any kind on the ***.  Kawasaki, the manufacturer, does.  We have contacted the manufacturer, on behalf of **************, in an attempt to assist our customer in his time of need.  We appreciate and care for all of our customers and will always do whatever we can to help, especially when they are in need. 

      We have offered to pick up the *** and try and assess the possible failure (of which, there could be many reasons).  ************** informed the Sales and Service Managers here that he performed his own service on the ***.  Perhaps that had something to do to cause the fire, perhaps not. Either way, ************** accepted our offer and then, at time of pick up, refused our help.

      Also, we are not an insurance company.  If ************** has/had an insurance on the ***, it most likely would be a covered incident.  Being that a very expensive *** was financed by **************, a good choice to make would have been to insure the ***.  However, it appears ************** does/did not have insurance on his ***. 

      At this point, slandering us as a dealer on this platform and all of social media because ************** does not have insurance on his *** seems like he is grasping for someone to pay for his mistake of not having insurance. 

      Once again, we have zero ill will toward ***************  Despite the negative social media posts and his negative review of us, we have been more than willing to try and assist him in his time of need.  Sometimes, when things do not go the way the customer wants, they try and pin the blame on the dealer.  That is a common move by an individual that has buyer's remorse or is looking for someone to pay for their problem. If ************** continues to "blast us" all over social media, we will not offer any further assistance and he will be on his own.
