In October of 2021, I signed a contract with Southern Landscapes and Designs owned by *******************************. At that time, I paid the full amount. Over the course of almost two years, I have been extremely dissatisfied with the work, the timing and the lack of (or poor) customer service.I am a senior who spent over $6,000 (a lot of money for me) for a design and landscaping for the front of my house. I paid in full two months prior to delivery. I was told the design included plants that would bloom year-round adding color to the front of my house The landscaping was planted mid-December 2021. I questioned the timing and was told this was a perfect time to plant In June of 2022 (6 months later), I started complaining nothing was blooming. Not one plant was blooming and there was no color provided by these plants Some plants were dead and some looked like weeds.*******, the owner, finally came out August 4, 2022 and said he would make things right. I have not heard from him since A representative came out in November 2022 and said to give the plants another season to bloom (spring of 2023)I have received virtually no customer support! I am calling daily with no call backs. Southern Landscapes and Designs took my money, delivered and planted the items and has ignored my calls for almost two years! I talked with three representatives but all have since left the company.
