This caller has been leaving the same messages from multiple phone numbers not only to me but also related family members, "Hello, my name is ******** *****. I'm calling from Champion Strategy Holdings. I'm calling in regards to a file that's been forwarded to our office for review. It's important that we receive a call from you or your legal representation. This is a time-sensitive matter and a recommendation must be submitted to your local county processor. Failure to return this call must be noted as a forfeiture of your rights and will be submitted accordingly. Please press one now to be connected to a mediator or call ************** to speak with the next available agent.

I keep getting calls from this alleged debt collector saying I owe a debt from 2018 for taking out a pay day advance from check n go in the amount of $610.00 . However, *** never done business or received a loan from check n go . I even called check n go who on 3 separate occasions confirmed there was never an account or loan processed with my information. They further advised that even if the loan was unpaid and sent to collections that the information would still be in their system which nothing is found with my name or information which they agreed I have never done business with them. This company Champions Strategy Holding said that they own the debt that does not show nor has ever shown on my credit report , nor is there any records of such a debt with the alleged creditor. They refused to provide me with documentation and advised that I will be arrested for fraud, and then sued . The alleged debt collector keeps calling and wont stop. Check n go has provided me a letter that states that I have never had an account or done business with them but the alleged debt collector is refusing to leave me alone and continues to make threats . Ive also reached out to an attorney regarding this matter but hope that they will resolve the matter accordingly.

At 08:49 on July 26, I received a call to an unlisted police line from ************** from *************************** of Champions Strategy Holding. She stated that there was a file for a debt mediator and that a legal representative from my county should contact them. They would know that ********* has parishes, not counties if they were real. She then said to call **************. She also never stated who she was calling for. I then contacted the company and identified myself as a detective with the police department. I was not allowed to speak to the representative and was transferred to the "operations manager", ********************. He summarily berated me. I explained the situation and he gave me a long line of garbage about how things work, finally, we seemed to come to an understanding that I was investigating a complaint, at which point he ended the conversation. I will forward this to the Ga ************************* but I also wanted to share this with your office as it appears the company has a long history of scamming and harassing people.

CSH has deposited voicemesages that suggest my owing debt. Their *************************** started this week's ago. Since she gave a number, I looked it up online and made contact in writing directly to so called "professional collection agency." No replies, phoned harassment ongoing, fake concern shown to consumer with right to know info so it becomes actionable rather than their pitch to take money without merit.Just because this agent says she has a file and falsely asserts CSH call center acts as a "mediator" is not enough to validate debt. To be clear, they rely on this tactic of pushing alleged delinquencies as if their justice were lawful (hear her impersonating a lawyer with county processor, etc). Please know that CSH was written to in order to address my right to know what's in their file but CSH ignores this and perhaps even published bad information about my history while impersonating the role of "mediator," which is unlawful and in this context also insidious.Unless it provides confirmation of valid debt, this will escalate for review elsewhere. It has no business publishing anything about me given its preference to make false inferences and play dumb in the hope it can squeeze money out of someone while acting unlawfully.

Scam debt collection. Received the same threatening call as everyone else. I am very careful with debt and have no past due or otherwise delinquent debt.I believe the agency they need to be reported to for these unethical practices is the consumer finance protection bureau as they have the authority to impose fines and penalties for this kind of action (assuming they are even a legitimate company at all)******************************************

This rep calls and leaves a threatening messages on voice mail, but does not even say who the message is for. Then she spouts some BS about losing you legal rights if you don't call back which is BS. They are obviously trying to phish for personal information and want people to get upset about some fictitious legal matter and call them and they will extract information. I am not surprised that they have a rating of "F" with the BBB.

On 02/22/24, I received a call from a number not recognized. Then received a voicemail and a recording states, "This is *************************** from Champion Strategy Holdings. It gives me the opportunity to press 1 to speak with a mediator and goes on to say that I need to call her back and that it is time sensitive and that a recommendation needs to be sent to my County Processor. It also states that if I ignore the call, it will be a noted and is a forfeiture of my rights and I will be prosecuted."
