Secondly, if a customer receives a damaged item we ask that they reach out to us supplying a photo of the damage/defective item within 3 days of receiving their order because after 3 days we cannot guarantee once the customer has had the merchandise in their care for a longer period of time that the issue did originate from the manufacturer. If we have the item available we will offer either a replacement or compensation in either the form of a store credit gift card or a refund back to the original form of payment. If we do not have a replacement then the customer is offered either a store credit gift card or a refund as compensation for the damaged/defective item.
Thirdly, our return policy states that items purchased from our sale collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as, after the percentage off and shipping costs, we end up going below value. In addition, our sale banners outline if a discount is final sale so customers are aware before purchase. Lastly, our return policy outlines customers are refunded in the form of a digital store credit gift card that never expires for their return. We hope this will help our current and future customers understand how our rewards work and what to expect with our return policy regarding damages and return compensation. Thank you!
