      Hi - I received a package on Sunday 5/22 of weather tech mats. Immediately before even removing the contents I could see they were filthy dirty (included picture of items still in box). I contacted the company because they seemed used and asked for a resolution. They kept telling me they needed more pictures. I have provided 10+ pictures at this point and they told me they will refund shipping cost iof $18.99. This is a joke. I paid almost $400 for these and theyre used please help because they dont seem to want to help at all.

      We apologize for the inconvenience.  When merchandise leaves are warehouse it is in new and unused condition. We understand there was an issue and the box was opened when you received the merchandise. I listened to the phone call and the *** offered to replace the mats and send you out replacements.  Usually on damaged merchandise we do not require it to be returned. The *** offered to give you your shipping back and $18.00 was applied to your PayPal account. We also mentioned you were going to get them cleaned and we issued a credit for $50.00 to your PayPal account which is about the average cost of a Detailer to clean Car mats.  The offer still holds if you would like a new set of front and rear floorliners and you would not have to return the product you just received.

      No issues; nothing to debate. WeatherTech was supposed to send their designated windshield sunshade for my **** ****** Frontier pick-up truck. The sunshade they sent was nearly 2 inches too tall (though the width was excellent), so it did not fit, so would not work to block out the sun and prevent damage to the peripheral upholstery. They said that the product was designed correctly, so agreed that this particular sunshade must have been made incorrectly and sent me a replacement of the same model sunshade (for **** ***** ****** Frontiers); they accepted my suggestion that they measure all dimensions BEFORE sending me the replacement. Obtained the replacement sunshade today; it too is mis-manufactured, being nearly 2 inches too tall. WeatherTech representative said that she would send out 5 more of this same sunshade model made for **** Frontiers and all of them would not fit. She REFUSED to send the CORRECT sunshade that DOES FIT **** ****** Frontiers. She would not confirm that her company is practicing FALSE ADVERTISING when selling sunshades claiming to fit **** Frontiers when they know it does NOT FIT; however, this is the only reasonable conclusion that can be made, especially when they do not apologize for the same error and failing to measure the second sunshade before mailing it. This reflects willful MISREPRESENTATION. She also wanted me for free to do their job of producing a return label for this second defective sunshade when they are not paying me to work for them and when I do not even have a computer printer, let alone free ink. Furthermore, she ORDERED me to print her return label at a library.

      We have brought this to the attention of our ******************* Team and they are working on finding a **** ****** Frontier to test fit the SunShade.   If they find the vehicle, test fit and feel their needs to be adjustments to the pattern they will fix the pattern and a new part will be made.  If and when a new part is made we will send you a new part.  You have been fully refunded for the product. Sorry for the inconvenience in regards to the SunShade.

      I am rejecting this response because: The indicated windshield sunshade does not fit any **** ****** Frontier trucks; none has to be located. If you meant to say that your design and production team has designed a new sunshade that fits **** Frontier trucks and you will send me the newly designed sunshade, then of course it will fit my **** ****** frontier truck and all other **** ****** Frontier trucks (as well as other years because ****** retained the exact truck design with the exact same windshield for several years.

      As soon as a vehicle is found and test fit a determination will be made if a new part needs to be *****************.  There is no time line on this - it depends on us finding a vehicle in the area to measure.

      I am rejecting this response because: This action, according to your advertisement that this shade fits **** ****** frontiers is unnecessary. Further, I have a **** ****** frontier with the same windshield as all other **** ****** frontiers and this shade does not fit. So, finding any other legit **** ****** frontiers is irrelevant. Just admit that your shade is falsely advertised to say it fits when it never did and does not and change your ad accordingly and pay me for this hassle that you have created.

      We have issued you a credit for the amount paid for the SunShade on 5/18/22 in the amount of 66.28.  In order to improve on a part we need to test fit and measure the vehicle.  We have not been able to locate a vehicle less than 100 miles away to test fit.       I am rejecting this response because: This is an invalid response; merely Stonewalling. The measurements I provided are exactly the same as you would get (or was supposed to obtain) before you finished the design and before you began manufacturing this shade you advertised as fitting **** ****** frontiers but for several other years and these are the same measurements you get when you obtain them from ****** and/or their internet site.

      Order ********** , I bought several items from them ( hoping i will have a better experience than several years ago ) and I hears nothing from them for FIVE DAYS. I called them and the lady that answered was very snappy that their orders take **** BUSINESS DAYS. I said OK, at least tell me the tracking number. ***** WILL SEND YOU A TACKING NUMBER . Ok ... but idid not get one, can you check the order. Finally she checked the order and told me "some items" are on backorder and the person "dealing with that they JUST LEFT". Horrible customer service.

      I am rejecting this response because: I waited 7 CALENDAR DAYS ... then one person told me the items are on backorder. Then the next day i was told since it is a 2022 car , they are still manufacturing them EVEN THOUGH this is the same exact car as last year. Then another person claimed my address does not match with the credit card billing address. Just a pain to deal with them AGAIN. Next time i am using Amazon

      I purchased Weather Tech Mats for my 2017 **** Explorer, on 2/23/2021. After one year of use the mats are not fitting properly in my Explorer. I contacted Weather Tech the other day to see what the issue could be and they said that they know that happens and you have to reshape the mats. I told the woman , I would like a full refund for my mats and I will ship them all back, because they are defective and inferior quality product. As well as a poor design by Weather Tech. She said there was nothing she could do for that , so I told them I was not happy about that issue.

      I recently purchased a new 2021 ****** 4Runner from a car dealership. The vehicle came with WeatherTech tinted window deflectors. I read that the manufacture warranty will cover replacement for failured product if the product is still installed on the original vehicle which the product is. I called customer service and they will not honor the warranty. I find their policy to be false advertising to customers and will not longer in my lifetime ever buy anything from WeatherTech or recommend.

Our warranty policy was stated to you, she gave you a price on the *** for replacements.  Wondering if you went back to the Dealership that you purchased the ****** 4Runner from?  No mention of that was made.   You did attach a picture of the *** that you have installed on the vehicle and we will send a replacement for the rear that was lost per your conversation.  We will send to the address that is on the BBB Complaint.

      I ordered a dog bowl from Weathertech 20 JAN 2022. I returned it via *** 21 JAN 2022 and followed up after they received the bowl daily for an update on the refund. I was told when I sent the chipped bowl back that they would cover return shipping since it was a product defect and to get the prepaid label on their website, which I did. I finally received my refund and of course they took the return shipping out of the total. I contacted them multiple times again and they told me that they do not cover return shipping, which is the opposite of what I was originally told. I am seeking my return shipping refunded ASAP. Please respond via email only, after speaking with Weathertech via phone, it is clear they do not stand behind what they tell you and I would rather have communication in email going forward.

      I live in ******* and purchased a car cover (order # **********) to protect it from the ********* rays for my classic car. The cover is beautifully constructed except it leaks. Prior to placing the order, I had email correspondence with one of WeatherTech's service representatives (***********************) assuring me I will be pleased with their cover.The first night I covered the car it rained. The next morning, when I removed the cover the car was drenched with water. I called WeatherTech and they refused to refund my purchase. I was told the leaking is to be expected. I purchased another cover from ****************** with the same water resistant notice, for 1/3 the price of WeatherTech's, and had no issues for four years. Since ******************'s cover was on backorder, and I needed a cover ASAP, I choose WeatherTech. Now, how do I know the WeatherTech cover will protect the car from UV rays when it can't protect it from the rain? I believe I am entitled to a full refund and they can pay to return the cover. Thank you.

      We apologize for any inconvenience.  Our Car Cover is Water-resistant, which means it is able to resist the penetration of water to some degree but not entirely. We understand your frustration and we will issue a credit for the merchandise of ****** + tax.  We do not want the car cover back.

      I purchased a truck bedliner as a Christmas gift. It was the wrong one so I had to send it back for a refund. They said I had to pay for the return shipping. Total cost for the purchase was $282.24.Return shipping was $104.85 ( I paid)They only refunded me $242.89 I have been ripped off by weather tech. They should let you know that if you buy something and it is wrong you will need to pay half of the purchase price to return it just so they can make money off of you and resale their products.
