      I have 2 issues with United at the moment. My wife has record #L0YD7Z and BJ35FB with her name under Duangnapams Udomsomporn when she doesn't have a middle name and we have no idea were Ms came from but the travel credits should be just Duangnapa Udomsomporn so we can apply them to her flights which match her passport. L0YD7Z is worth $63.98 and BJ35FB is $48.40. Her Mileage account with United is # LX397891. My husband ******* ********************* had to change his name with United since his passport says ******* ********************* but he has mileage #JGS09321 and travel credits #BJ35FB and BLRDYL should show ******* ********************* not anything else so we can use it. #BJ35FB is worth $48.40 and BLRDYL $152.87. Either the name needs to be changes to ******* ********************* so he can use them or we need a refund check for the amount of $201.27 and with Duangnapa the same thing the name needs to be change to the correct spelling Duangnapa Udomsomporn so we can use the flight credits or we need a refund of $112.38. Can United also check both mileage plus accounts my wife and mine to make sure any flight credits are under the correct names. Again my wife is Duangnapa Udomsomporn and nothing else on her passport and mine is ******* ********************* no Mr. or T middle name. Thanks for your help with this matter!

      I'm a premier silver with United Airlines and have many travel credits due to covid and other issues. If United looks at my travel credits they ALL say Duangnapa Udomsomporn accept for 1 and I have no idea why. Its record locator L0YD7Z for $63.98. All the others have just Duangnapa Udomsomporn. I tried to tell a United Agent this information and she said basically tuff luck too bad cant do anything. I can't use the travel credit as my name isnt Duangnapams Udomsomporn. Its some glich that united had that made it wrong. I would like United to change the name on the travel credit to the correct name so I can use it or at the very least send me a check for $63.98 so I can get my money back. I was trying to use it to buy a business class ticket from Barcelona to ************* but now I can't as it wont work. So either refund the amount of the travel credit so I have the money or change the name so I can use the credit for another flight. This is very upsetting to have to spend a hour or 2 filling out a complaint when the agent should have been able to fix the issue.

      I was sorry to learn of the error with the spelling of your name on your travel credit. I was also disappointed to learn of the time spent in your attempts to rectify the situation. I am voiding the certificate and sending you a new travel certificate in the amount of $63.98. The certificate will arrive in a separate email shortly.

      On November 2nd, *****, I boarded United flight 537 from ****** ******** to ******** ****, the cleaning crew for the flight didn't clean the plane and left a crushed, half full, spoiled ********* mochi latte in the seat pocket in front of me. When I went to take my seat and stow my personal backpack, containing all of my electronics, my bag hit the drink causing the spoiled drink to start leaking onto to me, my bag, inside my bag, and the floor. Out of instinct I went to grab the leaking cup and the seat back pocket elastic snapped against it again further spilling the drink on me and seats around me. Once I finally grabbed the cup and called for help, I had to wait almost ************************************************************************************** my hand, for the flight crew to stop the boarding and come ***** and clean the area. I asked the in flight crew for the customer complaint information and was given the website unitedcares.com, which is not an operating website. Also I was informed that the flight crew made no report of the incident and United is trying to over look their negligent behavior because I didn't take pictures of the situation, but I couldn't take pictures because my hands were full with a previous passengers contaminated and spoiled drink leaking in my hands.

      I had a credit voucher for $898.46 for a cancelled flight on United Airlines. I called to use the credit. I was told that I could use the credit to book a new flight and anything remaining would be saved as a remaining credit for a future flight.On October 8th, I booked a trip for $552.19. The agent told me that the remainder of $346.27 would be saved as a credit for a future trip and that I had until Dec. 31 2022 to use it.Today, November 22, 2021, I went into my account to access the remaining credit. I was not able to find it. I called United and they told me that the agent had processed my ticket as an even exchange and used the entire credit. This is NOT what the agent told me. I would like my credit of $346.27 restored as soon as possible.
