This investigation was prompted by consumer complaints that after purchasing a t-shirt from https://strangerwear.com/, the consumer never received the product or the product was not good quality and the incorrect size sent by the business. The consumer contacted the business several times in which the business has not responded nor corrected the issue for a refund or to exchange for the correct item.

            I recently ordered two shirts from the company Strangerwear. Upon receiving the shirts they are nothing like what is shown in the display. The advertised shirt appears to be a standard cotton shirt, the shirts I received are made out of some type of cheap silk see through fabric. I dont know what it is because the materials are not listed on a tag. There was no difference in the male or females shirts despite what was advertised. I attempted to return the shirts for a refund but was told they are not accepting returns and that obtaining a full refund was not possible. A representative told me the most they would do is a 50% refund. This is unethical and unprofessional, I simply want to be able to return the shirts for a full refund.

            Do not order from Strangerwear.com They say you get refunds, but Only give you 20% back and they keep the items. The clothes are sized way too small and customer service is of NO HELP. They are thieves!! Took ***** from my acct and ONLY returned *****
