Store ********************************* I took my Tuscan in for a front end brake job back in May of this year, with ******* miles and now ******* mile. I noticed while on vacation that when I braked during high speed, the front end of my car started shaking. After speaking with my mechanic, he felt it was related to my brakes. I stopped into the store on Monday, October 28th and spoke with manager and explained my issue with the vehicle. After going over a few dates we agreed to October 30th at 8 am, which he said that he would be there. To make a long story short, he wasn't there and didn't schedule the appointment. Anyway, I spoke with ***** and told him the situation. It didn't go well! ***** was extremely rude and unprofessional. He blamed me for my rotors going bad and said that he didn't want to deal with my attitude, after I corrected him. After that, I couldn't leave my car, not knowing what they would do to it, plus I had another appointment. I reached out to their corporate office and spoke with ******* I don't feel that the conversation went that well with him either. However, I am going to another location with an appointment.I told ******* that they are just kids to me and he had no right to speak to me like that. I was not rude and I am paying customer. I told him that it took everything I had not say anything back to that boy, and because I knew that I would not be returning, it would be a waste of my time and energy. However, ****** ***** another side of me. Being a manager, he gets paid to hear complaint. ****** said that he would pull audio from the store. Once he do, he needs to call me with an apology and then ***** should be fired (and I would hate to see anyone lose employment).I hope this is the last time I deal with this company, please use quality material. If this company going to employ people like this, I want nothing to do with them and will tell everyone I know. You get what you pay for and it's not worth it!
