As a customer of **********************, I've had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with their service and customer support. From the very beginning, my journey with TDS has been plagued with issues and poor treatment.The first two months of my service were a complete disaster. I was left without functioning connections despite paying for internet and phone services. Repeated calls to their technical support yielded no results, and I was essentially paying for a service I couldn't use.Regarding customer service, ********************** sets a new low bar. Their representatives are often unhelpful and lack basic empathy. It's rare to receive even a simple acknowledgment of the inconvenience or frustration caused by their service failures. The ***** contrast between their indifference and the customer-centric approach of other companies is truly ************ of the most infuriating aspects of dealing with TDS is their inflexibility. They have a rigid "once-a-year" policy for making adjustments or accommodations, regardless of the circumstances. If you're struggling to pay your bill or experiencing service issues, don't expect leniency or understanding. They'll quickly move to disconnect your service without hesitation.Having previously been a Comcast customer, I thought I had experienced poor service before. However, TDS Telecom has managed to surpass even those low expectations. Their level of customer disregard is truly in a league of its own.The treatment I've received from *** has been so abysmal that I feel compelled to warn others about my experience. No company should treat its customers with such blatant disrespect and indifference.
