              We went to the dealership after bankruptcy. Met with **** and found a black Ford fusion that we loved. **** did all the paper work and said he doesn't see any problems and that we were good to go. We take the car home load it up for Florida because we had to leave at 5 am to go take care of my father. Get a call from **** at 10pm tell us we did not get approved and we needed to meet him at a gas station to get a nother car. We met him half way got to the gas station signed the paperwork on the back of the car unloaded all of our luggage to the Ford focus. We never received the paperwork we signed. Got back from Florida called the dealership nothing was ever done about it. Called again in 2022 and 2023 still nothing was ever done. Now the car has less than 100,000 miles and the transmission and tcm are completely shot. The whole transaction and experience with this car has been awful from the beginning. We have been making 358$ payments since the day we purchased it. Now it is sitting out front a car remind you we didn't want in the first place completely broke down. All I am asking for is for the car to be repaired. With my research I have found that this is a reoccurring issue with ford focus and fiestas. There has been several lawsuits and recalls on Ford transmission. Our vehicle has yet to be recalled.

              My wife was gender discriminate against. Ford told her that her automobile was fixed and ready for pickup. The car was undrivable not repaired as indicated by service technician. She was told to go to cashier and pay in order to get her key. She did and after she paid $1566.00 she could not drive car. I feel that Ford treated her unfairly.
