In researching your customer review, I was able to locate your Craftsy account showing that you signed up to be a Premium member on September 8, 2023 and then on the same day accepted the offer to upgraded to the Gold membership, directly from our website craftsy.com. We sent a pre-billing renewal notice to the email address you used in this review on July 30, 2024, reminding you that your membership would be renewed on August *******. The email also clearly provided the rate you would be charged for your upcoming term. We attempted payment, 10 days prior, to make sure that you did not lose access to the membership benefits while the card was authorized by our card processor. The payment was declined by the processor and the card could not be used for the renewal payment. When you contacted us by phone on August 29, 2024 to cancel your Craftsy membership, the representative you spoke with,immediately cancelled the automatic renewal on your account. Your account is cancelled,and no further attempts to your card will occur.
