      I placed an order on 9/3/24 for four sets of scrubs and an embroidered jacket (all in stock). As the website says, the customer is supposed to receive their order in 4-6 business days. I reached out via email on 9/10/24 because it says my order is still processing, and they said it is delayed due to infrastructure upgrades (why not mention delayed shipping times before a customer places an order?), and that they would contact their support team to send me an expected ship date. It is now 9/12/24, I never received an update on when it would ship. I called on 9/12/24 and basically got told the same thing that I was on email. I am highly disappointed in this whole situation and the fact that they still can't tell me when they will ship my order.

      Made an order on the 28th of last month. Half of the order still isnt delivered. Contacted a first ***** who told me its on queue at the warehouse. Second ***** tells me it should ship by Thursday, if not contact us again. I contact another ***** today and Im being told it would take 2 weeks for my item to ship???. Firstly I pay a shipping fee of $8 that states 4-6 business day shipping, secondly Im being told different things while hopelessly waiting for an order that I wasnt aware was gonna take 2 weeks. The 3rd ***** tells me she would make a request to her hire up/***** about the status of my order but it will take 3 business days to get a response and thats just stupid and ridiculous for me to wait another 3 business days to get a response of someone who would most likely tell me my order would ship in 2 weeks also. If you cant fulfill my order within promised timeline I would rather be refunded and find somewhere else to get my stuff from. If you also dont have orders in stock, you might want to show them on the website as out of stock because this is ridiculous and aggravating. Now I have to find a way to get what I need quickly because I was consistently lied to about my order shipping in a few days .

      I placed an order on July 19. It was only a sample shirt before I place a bigger order. Its been delayed for almost 3 months without any updates or information about shipping. They keep saying my order is delayed and dont know if I will get it this year?

      I placed an order for scrubs on 8/5/2024. I purchased expedited shipping. The website stated that if all items were in stock. I would receive within 5 days at the latest. Today is 8/20/24 and I havent even received a tracking number. Website also stated that if they were not able to fulfill the order they will reach out **** but that has not been done. Ive called them 7 times and each time someone told me a different story. They all stated they couldnt get in touch with warehouse which sounds really suspect. How is that customer service dont have communication with website. I dont know if this company is legit but I really need help. I spent 500$ on scrubs. That is a lot of money to be taken as a lost.

      We have been having a delay in our shipping process because of our new system, in addition to that, the consumer's order was also delayed because of the embroidery she requested on her items. The order is scheduled to arrive by tomorrow 9/6/24 and a confirmation has been sent out to the consumer about her order arrival.

      I have reviewed the business's response and must reject it. I placed this order as a next-day shipment, which your website indicates should take a maximum of one week for embroidered in stock items. This information is misleading and inaccurate. The order was placed on 8/5/24 but wasnt shipped until 9/5/24, resulting in a month-long delay, which is unacceptable for work uniforms. I have since received uniforms from a different company and believe I should not be responsible for this payment. Especially, since I contacted you a week ago and requested for it to be canceled. This company is very unprofessional and unreliable.

      I purchased two scrub tops order P1113701526 on July 14 2024. One of the scrub tops arrived damaged. There is an iron or burn **** of some sort in it. I have contacted the company twice in hopes they would provide a refund or exchange but they have refused to do so. They have tried to make me return this with a restocking fee that I would have to pay, which I refuse to do, since this was not my fault the item arrived damaged.

      I ordered 10 sets of scrubs and 4 lab coats on 6/10/24. As of 8/2/24, I have called 4 times. Each time, I have nonchalantly been told that my order is pending. There seems to be a delay in the warehouse. The past 2 times, the person I spoke with told me part of my order is complete. It will be shipped out soon, but they dont know when. Then oh by the way 5 sets of scrubs and all of your lab coats are backordered. I requested a refund for the backordered items but have not received any communication, and the money has not been returned to my credit card. I requested to speak with a manager or someone who could escalate the issue further or even speak to the warehouse, but no one was available. I still have no answer as to when the completed scrubs that have apparently been completed for over a week will ship. Id like to have a refund and completely walk away from this company and reorder from a different company. I spoke with a local store who is able to order the backordered scrubs to arrive here within a week. I will be submitting this to my credit card company this week as a result of not receiving the goods purchased. I will never purchase scrubs from this company again after having purchased from them for 9 years for the business. Awful customer service and awful ordering platform for group orders now.

      Worst customer service ever. They lost my order and anytime I tried to inquire about it they would edit copy edit paste the same response, which was, Unfortunately, we are not able to provide an accurate timeframe for this due to the recent volume being higher than normal. We appreciate your patience. An email notification will be sent once your issue has been resolved!I messaged them again after months of waiting for a resolution, keep in mind Ive emailed them several times each months with the same response but once it hit past 120 days they changed their response from the original high volume excuse to thisUnfortunately, this order is over 120 days old and is too old for us to provide any further assistance. I apologize for this inconvenience.If you meant a different order please provide the corrected order number.Absolutely insane! They waited until 120 days to be able to right me off basically. I responded to that message saying how unprofessional they have handled the situation and of course I never got a response. Basically they just stole over $100 from me. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

      I placed an order with scrubsandbeyond on June 30, 2024. 5 scrub tops and two jackets. I also ordered the jackets to be embroidered. I understood it could take a little extra time due to embroidery but after a little over 2 weeks and no updates I emailed the company for an update. I received an email stating they would look into it and get back to me. I gave them 3 more business days with no response and emailed again. I was told essentially they had zero answers!! I need these scrubs to start a new job and ordered them so far in advance that I should have them in more than enough time. I have requested to have my order canceled and a full refund and now I am getting no communication from them. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional on their part. At the very least they should have been able to get me a shipping date. Now I need to order from another company to have what I need on time for my new position!! I will never order from them and will highly encourage others to not order from them as well.

      When the consumer called on the 18th of July to cancel her order, it was processed and cancelled on July 26th, there was never a charge because the items had not shipped yet, only a authorized hold which was released when the order was cancelled.

      I made a purchase and was due for a refund! I called the business on 7/14/24 to inquire about my refund speaking with a *** and was told that my refund was processed and would receive it in 3-5 business days. I asked for an email confirmation and was told that they dont send out email confirmation in regards to refunds which I knew was a lie! On 7/17/24 I also called and inquired about my refund and was lied to again and told it takes 3-5 days to receive my refund and that it had been processed and that they cant send me an email confirmation after I yet again asked for one ! Today I called again and spw a supervisor ******** or ******** and my refund had not yet been processed and was under review due to my old shipping address having issues because it was a P.O. Box and now I guess im using my home address! That has nothing to do with anything! They had no intent on refunding me and continued to lie about it! I will never shop with this business again they are very dishonest and they train their **** to be dishonest and to provide inaccurate information! Ive been a loyal customer for many years but Im done!

      I ordered scrubs from the Mercy site, which uses Scrubs and Beyond, as it's provider for uniforms. I selected payroll deduct for my order. I received the scrubs and they did not fit, so I returned them. I called to inquire about the return process, was advised that a check would be issued within 6-8 weeks. During that time, I accepted a work from home position with Mercy, therefore, no longer needing scrubs. I received a refund in the form of a merchant credit on June ****************************************************************************************************************************************** a clinical setting and no longer need to use scrubs for work. I was advised that I would either get an email or a call back regarding this issue, over a week later, nothing. I called today, was advised that no check would be issued. They told me they no longer do this and that the credit could be used online or in store. I again attempted to explain that I no longer have a need for scrubs, so they are effectively keeping almost $140 that belongs to me. They have their merchandise, I however, do not have my money back. I asked for a manager, this was refused, offered to call me back, but seeing as how the last time I was told I would hear back, I declined. I simply want Scrubs and Beyond to issue me a check in the amount they owe me. I have no further need for scrubs, therefore, I am out $140.
