      Please accept this response to the complaint we received with regards to Ms. ******** ******* on
      February 28, 2022 regarding Revco Solutions account number ******** (“the Account”). The
      Account was placed with Revco Solutions by ***** ****** ********* ********** on July 20, 2021.

      In her complaint, Ms. ******* states Revco Solutions is harassing her about a hospital bill that she
      resolved nearly a year ago. She requests for Revco Solutions to leave her alone and does not want this on
      her credit report.

      Upon receiving this complaint, Revco Solutions immediately stopped collection activity on the Account,
      notified ***** ****** ********* ********** Ms. ********* complaint and conducted an investigation.
      Revco Solutions confirmed the Account is for services rendered to Ms. ******* on April 17, 2021 for a
      total charge of $659.00. There was no health insurance provided for this service.

      In connection to the complaint investigation, Revco Solutions reviewed the call history for the Account.
      Revco Solutions received an inbound call from Ms. ******* on February 18, 2022, where Ms. Northup
      stated she is unfamiliar with ***** ****** ********* ********** and has never received services there.
      Revco Solutions then mailed out a dispute resolution letter to Ms. ******* on February 19, 2022
      requesting more information. Revco Solutions verified no reference to this account by Revco Solutions
      is on file with any of the National Consumer Reporting Agencies.

      Revco Solutions has closed and returned the Account back to ***** ****** ********* ********** on
      March 7, 2022. Ms. ******* may direct future account inquiries to ***** ****** ********* **********,

      I received a bill today from debt collector Revco Solutions (Account # ***********) for $612.39 on behalf of *** ****** ****** * **** I had gone to the emergency room at *** on 4/20/18 and was billed $3,042.39 for the visit. I had contested this with my health insurance company but was unable to get an appeal, and ultimately paid what I thought was the full bill after it had gone to debt collector ************ ******** ***********. I paid every bill, the last of which was in March 2020. I do not understand why I am receiving a bill from Revco Solutions almost two years later. This better not impact my credit score.

      ********* and Revco Solutions Account No. *********** (hereafter “the Account”) on February 16,
      2022. On April 7, 2019, *** ****** ****** placed the Account with ************ ******** ***********,
      Inc. (“***”). On October 23, 2020, PRC became Revco Solutions, Inc.


      In his complaint, Mr. ********* states that he believed he had paid the Account in full with his last
      payment in March of 2020. Mr. ********* requests an explanation and states he does not want this to
      adversely affect his credit.


      Upon receiving his complaint, Revco Solutions immediately notified *** ****** ****** and conducted
      an investigation. Revco Solutions confirmed Mr. ********* called *** on July 23, 2019 to discuss a
      payment arrangement towards the Account balance of $3,042.39. During this phone conversation, Mr.
      ********* set up a payment arrangement with *** to withdraw $300.00 monthly, with the first payment
      to be withdrawn on August 15, 2019. This payment arrangement ran un-interrupted for eight months for
      a total of $2,400.00 leaving a remaining balance due of $642.39 at that time. When *** attempted to
      withdraw the payment amount on April 15, 2020, Mr. **********’ card came back declined and the
      payment arrangement was automatically cancelled as a result. The payment of $300.00 withdrawn on
      March 16, 2020 is the last payment received by PRC.


      On March 24, 2021, *** ****** ****** advised Revco Solutions of a payment made directly to them by
      Mr. *********, in the amount of $30.00 towards the Account, leaving the remaining balance of $612.39
      due and owing.


      Revco Solutions verified no reference to the Account by Revco Solutions is on file with any of the National
      Consumer Reporting Agencies. Mr. ********* may contact an account representative regarding the

      In Ms. ******* complaint she state that Revco Solutions is covering up 13 documented
      calls to a cell phone after she sent a cease collections communication. Ms. ***** requests
      correction to a credit report and a refund of $8,000.00 in damages.


      Revco Solutions takes consumer disputes very seriously and immediately conducted an
      investigation upon receipt of Ms. ******* complaint. Upon review, Revco Solutions is not
      currently engaged in any collection activity related to Ms. ***** or the phone numbers
      listed in her complaint. On November 18, 2020, Revco Solutions provided a response to
      a similar complaint (CFPB Case No. **************) from Ms. ***** about excessive
      calls yet continues to receive threats of suit that are unfounded.


      Revco Solutions has taken appropriate action in response to Ms. ******* complaint and
      have not engaged in any conduct in violation of the FDCPA or the FCRA. Revco Solutions
      verified no reference to Ms. ***** by Revco Solutions is on file with any of the National
      Consumer Reporting Agencies.

      I received a letter from Revco collecting a debt, ref: #**-******* - everything has been paid to the medical facility and there was no letter sent from the medical facility stating debt to be collected, until now, 2 years later, I received this from the debt collector. I am disputing this and would like Revco to take me off their list.

      In her complaint, Ms. ******* states she paid My Care Now directly and had not received a letter from them, until receiving 'Revco Solutions letter sent January 12, 2022. Ms. ******* disputes the Account information and requests Revco Solutions to remove her Account.

       

      Upon receiving the complaint, Revco Solutions immeiately stopped collection activity on the Account, notified My Care Now of Ms. ********'s dipsute and conducted an investigation. Revco Solutions confirmed the Account is for services rendered to Ms. ******** on July 6, 2019 with a total charge of $411.00. Revco Solutions confirmed there were adjustments/ payments made in the amount of $172.20,leaving the balance of $238.80 remaining.

      I've been receiving notices from Revco Solutions to pay a ********** *** ***** bill Account No ********. I was surprised because I took care of outstanding balances directly with Washington Gas. I sent a letter of inquiry of the debt because I did not believe it to be mine. I've never received a response from stated company. I reached out directly to ********** *** and when they would not give me the bill to this debt. I put a complaint out against them. To date I've never received a bill to verify if this debt was mine. I'm still getting invoices from Revco, but no one is giving me the information I need to ensure this is my debt.

      She also state she has previously requested a copy of the bill for validation and has not received anything
      in return. She requests a copy of validation and to have this removed from her credit report.

      confirmed the Account is the last bill for services rendered to the address of **** ******** *** ******
      ****** ** ****** It shows the amount of $376.69 was brought forward to the billing period of February
      15, 2020 through March 4, 2020. Additional charges and late fees were applied towards the balance,
      leaving the amount of $427.22 remaining.


      Revco Solutions confirmed no payments have been received on the Account after the final bill was sent
      out and has no record of receiving a prior request for validation. Revco Solutions obtained validation of
      the Account which will be mailed to Ms. ***** under separate cover.


      Revco Solutions closed and returned the Account to ********** *** * ***** * January 27, 2022. Revco
      Solutions verified no reference to the Account by Revco is on file with any of the National Credit

      Revco Solutions Inc, has two credit card accounts from USAA (accounts ending in **** & ****) that I have been attempting to settle the outstanding balances on. Over the last 3 weeks when I call Revco I am placed on endless hold and when I do reach someone I am hung up on (this has happened three times). The agents threats of lawsuit if I do not pay immediately are outrageous and illegal. I do intend to also file a complaint with the CFPB regarding the illegal action of this so called professional collection agency. I am also concerned that Revco will double report these old accounts under their name in addition to the original creditor (USAA) further violating my rights under the FCRA.

      The Accounts were placed with Revco Solutions by USAA Savings Bank on February 25, 2020.


      In his complaint, Mr. ******** states he has attempted to call Revco Solutions multiple times and are
      placed on endless holds or gets hung up on. He states there have been threats of lawsuits if not paid
      immediately and that he is concerned Revco Solutions will double report the Accounts, further violating
      his rights. Mr. ******** requests there be corrections made to his credit report.


      Upon receiving this complaint, Revco Solutions immediately stopped collection activity on the Account,
      notified USAA Savings Bank of Mr. ********’s dispute and conducted an investigation. Revco Solutions
      confirmed Account 22-******** is for a credit card opened on July 11, 2016 which last received a
      payment on December 31, 2018. Revco Solutions also confirmed Account 22-******** is for a credit
      card opened on February 6, 2013 and last received a payment on November 9, 2018.


      Revco Solutions reviewed the call history for the Accounts and confirmed no phone calls had been
      received by Mr. ******** or received by the phone number of 619-770-7790 referenced in his complaint.


      Revco Solutions confirmed no threat of legal action has ever been made to Mr. ******** regarding the
      Accounts. Revco Solutions verified no reference to this account by Revco Solutions is on file with any of
      the National Consumer Reporting Agencies. Revco Solutions will send a copy of validation to Mr.

      Mrs. ****** states in her complaint that she has no business dealing with Revco Solutions and had not been contacted by phone, mail or email. She states that he has no idea what the Account is for and requests corrections to her credit report be made.


      Upon receiving this complaint, Revco Solutions immediately stopped collection activity on the Accounts, notified **** ******** and conducted an investigation. Revco Solutions confirmed this account is for services rendered to Mrs. ****** on June 24, 2019 for a total charge of $118,110.75. This Account was billed to **** ***** ******** ********* provider and there were adjustments/payments in the amount of $116,672.85, leaving the balance of $1,437.90 remaining. **** ******** advised Revco Solutions that the remaining balance for the Account, is from her **** ***** coinsurance. Revco Solutions will send a copy of validation to Mrs. ****** under separate cover.


      On May 8, 2018, Revco Solutions sent Mrs. ****** an initial validation notice to the address of **** *** **** **** ******* ** ***** and the same was not returned as undeliverable.       In November 2021 was contacted by Revco Solutions about an unpaid debt to ********** **** Through Revco Solutions I made arrangements to pay the $301.86 debt over a 6 week period.       I never received any notice from them what so ever. I just happened to see them on my credit report for a bill from **** back in April. I have a payment plan set up. I spoke to a representative at **** they told me they never sent my account into collections. I tried to dispute this but they updated it stated the bill was from this month (December). I want them to remove this from my credit report because it is false nor do I owe them. I'm currently paying every month on time and never received notice or a hint that my account will go into collections so I don't understand how I owe this collection agency. I sent in a screen shot where it shows I never received any cut off notices or collection notices.

However, I did not receive anything saying my personal loan debt belonged to this company from ****. the lady stated on today 12/9/2021 that i have two accounts with them from ****. it should only be one, the credit card debt. i do not trust this company sorry. no further contact from the business and a letter of deletion sent to credit bureaus to delete from credit report. by the way, they told me the credit card account was to be paid through them. this is the same time i was paying the credit card off through another collection agency from **** around the same time. very weird

Revco Solutions was not given appropriate time to send a letter to Mr. ***** in attempt to notify him of this account placement before receiving this complaint. Revco Solutions is not a debt buyer rather accounts are placed with it for collection purposes on behalf of ****.
