            On January 18, 2023, the City of Cincinnati filed a Complaint for Breach of Settlement, Public Nuisance, Preliminary and Permanent Injunctive Relief, Declaratory Relief, Appointment of a Receiver and Damages (Case Number A 2300224) in the Court of Common Plesa in Hamilton County, OH. Charges filed allege the business breached the 2021 Settlement Agreement, claims of being a public nuisance, civil conspiracy, and in violation of the Ohio Landlord Tenant Act and Cincinnati Municipal Code. In June of 2024, the business and the City of Cincinnati reached a Settlement establishing a new working relationship between both parties. This matter is pending.

              This company has been nothing but a headache since the day we moved in,we were finally able to afford to move out after yearly rent increase and unlimited maintain issues. Our deposit for 1075 was supposed to be sent in a check back to us,because we cleaned and Even fixed things on their property. We spent days cleaning and fixing things. They sent a check of 955.96 and the check can't be cashed or deposited,I've seen many reviews where this company does this to its tenants even after leaving them. We would like our full deposit back and we'll like for the check to actually be able to be deposited. Thank you!

              Hello my name is Raven ***** me and my brother are renting a home through Vinebrook I have a 5 year old son and 4 week old son we have been living here a year this month November I’ve had a few incident we’re in the back room which is a add on room always leaks from the seeking when it rains and water comes up through the floor in which I have carpet all through my home I make the complaint to Vinebrook someone came out a Caucasian older guy put some white stuff in the outside off the door but it never stopped.Now it has gotten worse November 6,2024 it rained really hard my brother woke up to his whole room flooded with water then it started going to different parts of the house the livingroom and by the kitchen I called them the said they will send someone someone came out the same man and he said they will have to wait til it stop raving to see what’s wrong so we went the whole weekend using my carpet cleaner that I bought myself to keep trying to suck up the water in the carpet I’ve spent so much money on cleaning supplies to keep down the smell so my newborn want inhale it So Monday came which was Memorial Day a guy from maintenance callled to tell me he’s going to send someone out So today someone came out again from ther department to tell me it’s nothing they can do they will have to send out a contracted because there’s a leaking going on under the floor so now I’m really frustrate because me and my kids and go longer living in this condition inhaling the smell and keeping soaking up water that’s never coming up this is terrible and very uncomfortable I have so many pictures and videos I would like to upload but I can’t find out
