I ordered my items from this company and I have not received them yet. I called and emailed and still nothing. I am very disappointed, in what this company is doing to others that I just looked at. I have been waiting for over a month in a half for these items and still nothing.Initial Complaint

On 03-13-24 I have ordered 8 t-shirts in the amount if $ 125.05 total. My account was charged immediately. Website says 2-4 weeks delivery. Waited 6 weeks. Placed order on 3/11/24 for a hooded sweatshirt. Got an email saying they needed my 3 digit pin. Never received an email response back. Credit card got charged on 3/23/24. On December 17, 2023 I placed an online order for a super heavyweight full zip hooded sweatshirt size XL with a USPS embroidery. Order number is *****. The email I received stated that the product will ship in 2-4 weeks. My credit card was charged on December 27, 2023. It has been more than 3 months and I still haven't received the product I ordered. The last time I was able to contact the company was February 15, 2023 a gentlemen answered and stated that they were out of the product I ordered but they had more coming that weekend and after the embroidery was done they would ship it out by the following Tuesday February 20, 2024. It has been more than a month and they still haven't shipped my order. I have made several attempts to contact the company by phone and email and they have not answered the phone or responded to my emails.Initial Complaint

I placed an order in November 2023 for 3 shirts, 2 long sleeve shirts and a hoodie for 119.00. I have never received them. I have called probably 50 times over the course of the last 4 months. Usually they don’t answer and when I do get the person, he tells me he will call me back in 30 minutes that he is checking on the order. He was supposed to call me back on a Saturday a few weeks ago. I spoke with him this morning and said I wanted a refund. He said he would call me back in 30 minutes, and now 2 hours later there is no answer. The order number is *****. I have also sent 3 emails requesting action or refund.
