      This order was placed 6/8/2023. I have never received any part of this order. The company does not answer phone calls or emails. The receipt is attached.

      I ordered a few hats from the site. They sent me a email saying they received my order #***** and they need my 3 PIN code in the back of my card due to a new system they have. I did that. Still haven't received a confirmation that they got the 3 pin and when I reply back to their email they do not reach out. All I want are my hats. If they can't do that just refund my money. I've tried to call but no one answers

      Hi *****, you will get a non-response letter today, but it has been my experience in working with this company that they do eventually ship your order. They just don't have enough staff to answer emails, even from BBB. So keep your fingers crossed!

      I placed an order on January 6, 2024, as of March 15, 2024, I haven't received my order. I have not received any information from the company. I've called, no answer and unable to leave a message. I've emailed the company but haven't received any response.

      July 29, 2023 $101.00 order #***** September 5, 2023 $119.34 order #***** I ordered some shirts and baseball hats in July. I emailed and called religiously after waiting about a month. I got in contact with them in September. I was told the color shirts I ordered were not available because of supply chain issues. I agreed to switch colors and added a zip up sweat shirt and some winter hats. The gentleman said everything should ship out well before winter. After patiently waiting I began to call and email religiously again. I was able to reach them on the phone a few times and it’s the same story. I understand that this is a small business and may not move as quickly as a big business but it’s the end of January. I got in contact with the gentleman on January 12, 2024 and told him to refund my money. He said he would turn it in to the office. I asked for the office number and he said they do not give that number out because it’s ran out of a house or something?

      I am a mail carrier and I placed an order with postalstuff.com for a winter hat for a total of $21.45 on Oct 12, 2023. A confirmation email was sent that the hat would be shipped in 2-4 weeks. I sent an email to the company on Nov 7 and Nov 28 asking for a status update, both of which were not responded to. I do not see a charge on my account for this company, but I am uncomfortable that I haven’t received my product, that I haven’t heard anything from the company, and that they have my credit card information.

      I placed an order with this company in April 2023 for a total of 245.00 dollars. I have yet to receive my items. I have emailed numerous times inquiring. I have contacted the owner by phone in July which he said he would have my order shipped in 2 weeks. No order and will not respond by phone or email. At this point I want my money back

      Purchased three shirts from this company in April 2023 never received them. Spoke with someone four times one in June, July, August, and September all the day excuse. They advise their shirt shipment haven’t arrived. As of November 2023 still no delivery. I have requested a refund via email since they will not answer their phone. Prior emails sent have not been returned.
