March 1st 2023 was the purchase date of my vehicle. I went to this car lot and told them that I need a reliable vehicle. I found one and the engine light was on. I told them I would buy the car if they fixed the issue. They said nothing else was wrong with it and that it was a great car and reliable.. they agreed that they would fix the vehicle if I put a down payment on the car. So I did with two hundred dollars. They called me two days later stating the vehicle was done. I looked and the engine light was off. I purchased the car. A day later the engine light came on and there was a loud humming noise. I contacted the dealership and they said they would fix everything free of charge. I brought it back and they changed the wheel bearings that were rusted out completely shot. They cleared the engine light without repair. I took the car and the engine light came back on. I called them and told them I wanted it fixed or I would contact you and the attorney general for coercing me to purchase the vehicle and not disclosing the problems with the car. I have a receipt for a warranty that’s 900 dollars. When I got the warranty receipt it said 680 dollars so they pocketed 220$ cash from that. The vehicle has a newer inspection but the back brakes and rotors are depleted and the wheel bearings they replaced were destroyed along with the engine problems. The belt under the hood smokes and smells when I drive. The car has electrical problems and the doors open and shut without being in the car or having it on. I had stuff in my trunk the other night and it rained and the trunk opened. The rain destroyed my belongings. I have three children and I spent every dollar I literally had for a reliable car and they lied to me and said it was and it wasn’t. They did not disclose the problems to me and this car is basically junk. I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew these facts. I am waiting on a response from attorney general and I contacted a senator who said to contact you.

To start off I guess they do earn one star for friendliness. A Warning to Potential Buyers I had high hopes when I purchased a 2012 Jeep from this dealership, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I was initially quoted a price of $4,200, with the condition that the vehicle would pass a thorough inspection. I was reassured that the vehicle would be in good condition, and I trusted that the inspection would ensure it was ready for use.However, after two separate visits to the dealership for inspection, I was repeatedly told there were delays with parts or that they were waiting on something. Finally, when I went to pick up the Jeep today, I was told it would never pass inspection due to severe frame damage. This was never disclosed to me prior to purchase.When I asked for a refund or at least part of my money back, I was offered only an alternative vehicle, but it was four years older with ****** more miles and came with a price difference that I would have to pay. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic and is incredibly frustrating. Then on the day I called the attorney general he states he cant give me my money back its not like ********** seems clear that the dealership misrepresented the condition of the vehicle. If the frame damage was known, it should have been disclosed upfront. Now, Im left with a vehicle that cannot pass inspection, and Im being offered an option that is not comparable to what I purchased.Buyer bewareif youre considering purchasing here, I strongly recommend you do your due diligence and ensure the vehicle youre buying is in the condition promised. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, should be named *********** Ive ran in circles for nearly a month!

The vehicle was originally priced at $6000. Mr. ****** agreed to accept the vehicle in AS-IS condition for a lower price of $4200 and signed a waiver accepting it in it's current condition. We were unaware at the time we purchased the vehicle from auction that there were any frame issues.Car N Drive Auto agreed to get the vehicle inspected at no cost to Mr. ******* which was not required of us to do. It was at this time that we were notified that it would not pass inspection with the frame in its current condition due to rust. We have been actively working on correcting this issue to make the vehicle, although we are under no obligation to do so since the vehicle was purchased AS-IS. We understand that Mr. ****** is concerned about safety and we are doing our best to make sure that the vehicle is fixed, safe to drive and **************. ****** was notified that the vehicle is being worked on. We cannot control any delays in the receiving of the necessary materials for correction, as that is a distribution issue with the supplier. Mr. ****** then notified us that he would like to return the vehicle and get his money back or be placed in a vehicle that will pass inspection with no issues. He was informed that there is no return on vehicles and that there is also no used car Lemon Lemon Law in **. We advised him that in the worst case scenario, that the vehicle still not be inspectable, the best we would be able to do would be to place him in another vehicle. Car N Drive Auto assumes no responsibility for a vehicle purchased in cash, in AS-IS condition. We are doing our best to fix the problem.
