This man is very hostile, aggressive, unprofessional, and a compulsive liar. Hes a money hungry slumlord who hates to do any work to his own house. Then when he does, he makes the tenants pay for it. *** been had a leak in my house for over 2 n a half years hes never fixed and when asked to fix, he comes over lies about smoking, and rambles through the trash and bathroom drawers and finds excuses to make me pay a $600 fine AFTER it was professionally proven that no smoking was detected in the home. Still never fixed it the leak. Now that *** put community integrity on him to make him fix his house, he came over filming license plates, recording in the yard and walked into my house uninvited hollering and cursing saying its his house and he do what he wants. **** as far as doing dirty work and pulling my brother background info because my brother threatened to call the police on him. He brought a painter there to cut out the falling molded ceiling to place a Sheetrock and paint over it without fixing and the painter advised us that he was leaving because ****** texted him saying he was running late because he was at the police department filing a complaint about weed smoke and the painter didnt want to have anything to do with that lie so he left. ****** then sent a letter to my saying lying like he and the painter felt threatened thats why they never returned to finish the work. He never showed up with the painter!! The previous day when he came he was the hostile unprofessional one that WE THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE ON. I have all the pictures and proof of messages to prove everything! This is a horrible slumlord that uses violent behavior, acts and raises his voice with vulgar language to intimidate and manipulate his tenants. I wouldnt advise ANYONE TO RENT FROM RUSH HOMES! I would give a negative 10 if I could!!!!
