    I was informed that I have to pay extra for Spectrum cable whether or not I want it. I had to sign an agreement and it is in the lease. I already have Spectrum Internet. I will have to switch over to Spectrum Internet and cable whether or not I want it. I also have to pay for valet garbage pick up
    I was informed, today, that their contractor will no longer be coming into my apartment. They have been here four times.
    The first time,I had to spend 22 hours laundering and disinfecting my closet, where most of the work was done. It had fiberglass particles in it because some of the wiring had to be done through the attic where rat feces are located. I was not previously informed that someone would be working both in the attic and the closet.
    Today, the Spectrum contractor informed me that I have to be given 48 hour notice regarding someone entering my apartment. There was no notice given. The only notice given was for the yearly fire inspection.
    I am aware that there is a manager named Melissa, but I never see her in the Leasing Office or premises. In the past, when Unevesco owned this property, the Manager had a very visual hands on presence.
    Marabel, the Assistant Mgr,, is usually in the Office. Through the years, I have had a positive experience with my interactions with her. However, I find it difficult to communicate with a seemingly phantom Manager. In fact, on several occasions, the Office has been locked during business hours.
    I like my neighborhood and apartment location, however, I do not want to spend $45 monthly on something I do not want and, above all, I need good customer service from the Leasing Office.
