We are a military family my son and son in law are active duty we were in ** *************** helping my daughter move we got 2 payments behind $190 bucks they came to our house threatened to have the police come with my younger daughter there took our mower we paid the balance luckily right away $2,371.00 they still will not release our mower they said it could take weeks they hang up in my husband they wont call us back its right around the corner from our house they wont release it they have treated us like criminals been the most horrible experience I will never buy or recommend their product to any of our family or extended military family with farms I want buyers to beware if we didnt have that money they would have sold it made extra money in it Im sure thats what they want to do Buyer needs to beware they do not send even a warning I believe it to be on purposeBusiness response

The * front axle bearing/ housing went out on my Kubota Grand * **** approximately 4 weeks ago. I took it to my local servicing dealer and they told me the problem about a week later. Then they called and stated the parts were in *****, to arrive in the ** in July by ship. I told them that wasnt acceptable, so they said if I paid $150 for express shipping the parts would be here in 10 days. Still waiting! Now they say Kubota cant find the parts. State Equipment cant find the parts. You cant tell me these parts cant be found anywhere in the **. Another dealer maybe? Or pull the parts from your assembly line and fix my tractor. Its still under warranty and this is the third Kubota tractor I have bought along with numerous *and Pride attachments. I await your response.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:Kubota bevel gear 3G700-43720 was no where to be found and no eta for arrival in this country. I then took it upon myself to find the part or an aftermarket one. My tractor was /is still under warranty and had set at the Kubota dealer for 4 weeks waiting on a part that no one knew when it would get to the states. I called a dozen dealerships and the three that were found, the dealers wouldnt let go of them as they were saving them for future customer service issues of their own. I was then able to locate the bevel gear in ******, not Kubota brand, but one in the same. I had it shipped here, took it to the dealer and the next day I got my tractor back. Good as new! So, because of my due diligence and legwork I have my tractor back. This is the third Kubota tractor I have owned, not counting all of the Land Pride implements. I would like the Kubota corporation to do the right thing and reimburse me for the bevel gear part $708.44. I attached a picture of my **** receipt.

Unfortunately, warranty does not reimburse customer for work perform themselves or outside of a authorize Kubota Dealer. For future warranty work we recommend you continue to work through your authorized Kubota Dealer.

This work was performed by your authorized Kubota dealer (State Equipment). I plainly stated this in my previous responses! I either put in the aftermarket bevel gear, or wait until god knows when for you all to get the part. The only difference in the gear I bought and Kubotas is the packaging, same manufacturer Ill bet. Im sure your still manufacturing L6060s, so why couldnt you have pulled one of the gears from the assembly line? State Equipment, your authorized Kubota dealer, did the right thing with their gesture of goodwill by bending over backwards to get my tractor back to me. Why cant a corporate conglomerate like Kubota do the same thing? By the way, when is the bevel gear due back in the U.S.?

I sent a payment for the full balance to Kubota Credit through **** because it was a check written out through a title company. The check was mailed out on Wednesday, February 16 and it reached their payment address on Saturday, February 19. I have a tracking number to prove it had arrived at ********************************************* that day. Since they received it, they have not posted the payment to their account and when I reached out to them on Friday, February 25, I was assured by the customer service representative that they have located the check and that the payment would be posted by later that day or by the next day. Saturday, February 26. So far, no payment was posted, and have concerns that they have misplaced the check. What I want from them is to fix the issue is to locate the check and post it to my account ASAP. My account number with ********************** is ********. The tracking number through **** is **** **** **** **** **** 24. The check was from Title 365 Company *************** Trust Account and the check number is **********. Can you please help resolve this matter?Business response

I am rejecting this response because: The check sent to Kubota was over the amount of what was due to pay the loan in full. Considering the fact that it took the company an extended period of time to even find the check and post it to the account, mainly, they did not post it until I filed a complaint. I am also requesting information pertaining to when they are planning on sending out the refund check and the amount of the refund.

Had a tractor stolen from me and I could not pay, eventually I got to where I was making payments and offered a settlement for $22000 and Kubota accepted and I paid. They reported to the credit bureau that it was charged off as bad debt and that I still owed $6547. I disputed it through free credit report and they "fixed" it to paid but wrote that they charged off 21k. This was not true because we had made over 20 payments and then I paid 22k. Well now they have changed it back to collections and that I owe $6547. This is ridiculous, it's destroying my credit. If I knew they would do this to me I never would have paid them a dime.Business response

Kubota Credit took action to update the way ****************** account is reported to the credit bureaus.
