This is a Complaint about Acceptance now but at a local location at **** E **** street Indianapolis Indiana.I was set up with acceptance now at value city furniture, VCF made it sound like it was a company like ********* bank but come to find out I now have found out it's a rental agreement. Acceptance now is saying that I owe them $807 dollars because my contract and payment period expired on November 14th even though my payment plan was set up on automatic. Apparently it did not go through and I was not warned that my payment did not go through. My last payment was supposed to be $189 dollars that was supposed to go through on Nov 14th and now they want $807 from me. In closing this company needs to extend my payment period to December so I can pay my $189 and what ever is left so I can "OWN" the furniture something that they failed to tell us. The acceptance now manager at the Value City Indianapolis Indiana location needs to be held accountable and fix my issue. The girl Lasha at the location said if she could she can accept my $189.11 but she said she can't. I expect to hear from the manager. This place needs shut down if the will continue to steal people's money. If I have to I will get legal action involved.Below are the documents I've received

In July, the former manager of the store created an agreement for a Couch, and a VIDEO game. Mind you this was a PREVIOUSLY LEASED arcade game that was quoted to me for 300$ LESS than what we verbally agreed upon. Due to the store being near closing the manager, at the time advised she would send, VIA email, an agreement, and "all the other paperwork" would be provided on the day of delivery. I received the email on July 21, immediately called, noticing that neither the couch or the arcade game specified the cost paying PER iTEM. I was advised it would be provided in the "other paperwork" that would be accompany the couch/ game when delivered. I advised that the total price IS NOT anywhere near the original price quotes. On delivery day -no paperwork was brought Ultimately being advised the entire contract would have to be redone due to an error that the WRONG COUCH was delivered!!!!!!! -Two days later the CORRECT couch is delivered- but no paperwork. By this time I had been strung along, ALL THE WHILE THE STORE MANAGER WAS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING TERMINATED!!!!! NO ISSUES WERE EVER RESOLVED! now having a new store manager to deal with I have advised: none of the solutions offered are going to work for my family. Our livingroom is an ODD shape/size, and the current choice not what we are looking to purchase and I want me measly 280$ refunded and to come get the couch and game. She is refusing, and tried to sell me her own personal couch via text message because she bought a new one. I have never been provided any type of PRICE per item, what I have been offered in cost is 300$ LESS then what is on the agreement and now because I have requested my money back and trying to say it's theft? I am surprised this company doesn't have a class action lawsuit. I am making a police report advising a threatening, hostile employee of this e informing and putting me in fear because I stood up for myself to not be bullied? Advising he will enter my home and take the items
