The gym had been closed and now is back open an email has been sent out to all the apartment complex that the gym has been reopen and will be open 24/hours meaning the tenant is able to have access to the gym anytime they should chose to. Given my work schedule I am only able to go exercise at 4am in the morning. The 1st time I went the door to the gym would not open, I did end speaking to the manger about it, he said he was needing to call the company and they would have to do have someone come in and fix it to be open 24hours. The manager said he was waiting for them to come and fix it that week since that time I have emailed the manager & have spoken to him in regards to this matter many times, I emailed him and still have gotten no response back. I have tried going to the gym at 4am many times & the door is still locked. I have let the apartment manager know this is very Inconvenient for me and if they are going to say that they are doing some thing with the apartments or the gym facility they should not say one thing or do another. I would like for this matter to be resolved by them keeping to their word and having the gym facility open 24/hours as stated in the email they had sent out. This all has occurred within the time spans of 2 ********** still not have received any email to at least a follow up to say it has or hasnt been fixed Im just being ignored.Business response

I've been a resident on this property for a year and eight months. I am making a formal complaint about drug usage on at 500building and request to move to another unit or terminate my contract immediately. Every day for the last 6 months I have smelled marijuana coming out of my vent from the laundry room from unit 522. This unit has been relentless at using the my dryer vent, bathroom vent, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, going as for as using a pressure ventilator under the floor board my floor literally vibrates. Resulting in me not utilizing any of major appliances including my refrigerator!Business response

We received this initial complaint on 12/6 and the on-site team is currently working to resolve the issues.
