I have a car loan with Cyprus. I fell behind on my payments and was sent to collections. I went to the *********** facility in Nov, Dec and January to pay the past due amount and try to get my loan fixed and paid. November I was told I needed 500 more then what I had to pay and they would not take partial payments or work with me in any type of situation. They said it was sent to collections and then I came back 3 weeks later with the additional $500.00 amount that I was told to come with and then was told I needed more money again and they would not take a partial payment or allow me to make a payment at all. Then In January I saved up more money then they tacked on a $2000.00 repossession fee even though the car has not been repossed. My checking acct was charged off and they won't allow me to only pay my car and get that fixed but want all money for both. I have tried to get this taken care of I've tried to get it resolved but the fees just keep being added and added and they won't allow me to make and arrangements or offer any assistance in removing fees that would not have been there if they allowed payments in Nov and Dec. I believe they wanted to add the extra fees which is why they wouldn't assist at all the first 2 times I went into the *********** location. Over the phone is much less help and extremely rude.Business response

Yes I been with Cyprus for awhile they been rude ever since, I got charged fees for items I didn't do I told them about that the agent was rude didn't care if the company lost 340$ she said it doesn't matter for the loss, she was rude and hung up. I need the fees waived if you want any money from me, I p1000$ in fees or more so you could waive this.Business response
