              I financed a vehicle through 1st advantage in 2015. I made my final payment and requested my title only for them to decline my request for title due to a charged off debt from 2006. I made First Advantage aware of the fact that I filed bankruptcy on all past debt and was discharged in 2016. I sent them my discharge paperwork and they have still continued to attempt collection on this debt even after proof of bankruptcy. That is in fact illegal and considered EXTORTION. They refuse to respond in any way that is fair and continue to abuse their position and attempt to exploit me as a consumer through illegal means. Organizations like this should be put out of business. I’m certain they have misused business and legal practices and extorted millions from consumers they have backed into a corner. Unfair and deceptive business practices are against the laws of FDCPA.
