Hired 800 Roof Pro to replace roof, siding, and side door on garage and roof and siding on another building. Work began on December 21, 2023 and was completed in early January 2024. I have several issues with the quality of the workmanship of the company and the job they completed for me. 1. ************ indicated that the job was complete, I asked for the garage key for the side door and they said it was left in the garage. It wasnt there. After a few days, a strong wind blew the garage side door open. Discovered that the door strike and hole in the door frame are too high for the door latch so door will not stay shut. Called on 1/12/24 about the key and the door. Had to call repeatedly to get the key and about the door - 1/23, 1/29, 1/30, 2/12, 3/8, 3/21, and 4/1. To this date, the door has still has not been fixed. 2. Noticed that the siding on the first floor roof on the other building was not replaced on the edge. Called about it repeatedly and as of late on 8/12, 8/21, 9/16, and 10/3. Told that someone will come out right away to fix, but no one actually comes. Issues still remain.3. Siding on the top edge of the other building fell off in late July. Called about it after siding fell off and again on 8/12, 8/21, 9/16, and 10/3. Told that someone will come out right away to fix, but no one actually comes. Issues still remain.For the last 10 months, I have continued to call this company to have them fix the work that they performed. Many of my calls have gone unanswered. When I have been able to reach someone, Im told someone will get back to me or will come out to fix it, but it has been months and nothing has been fixed. Paid in full for a job that was incomplete with poor workmanship. 800 Roof Pro promised that they would fix the issues, but haven't. Would like them to complete the repairs to their work and to complete the job they were hired and paid to do. Alternatively, I would like them to pay for a different contractor to repair the work.
