I have had multiple harrassing calls from this business calling for the previous number owner. *************************** keeps calling me about this and I have called back many times telling them to take my number out of the system, but wouldnt you know it, those calls keep coming back. In April of this year I was contacted by this company it started off with a man named *********************** saying my husband owed for a loan for over $2000 that he had taken out many years ago, truthfully that shouldve thrown up red flags but this man started threatening me with legal action and possibly putting him in jail if I didnt make a payment and payment arrangements that day at that moment so I stupidly did. Well I made 3 payments of $160 and realized that it was probably a scam and talked to my husband about it and he said he hadnt done that type of loan for that much anyway! Fast forward a few months a different person starts calling harassing me with the name ************** and she was extremely mean, rude, hateful and extremely aggressive and hostile towards me and then when I wouldnt do anything she started calling my daughter. My daughter asked her how she got her number ************** told my daughter dont worry about it and my daughter said plz dont call me anymore and this woman started getting very hostile and aggressive with my daughter and said I will be calling you more and I will be calling all of yalls friends and such. So that right there further tells me that company is a scam! I have informed the police and filled a police report about this whole situation! I only have receipts for 1 but Im also attaching proof that it was debited from my checking account two other times so 3 payments in total!

For several months, I am receiving harassing calls from a woman named *************************** with Champion Strategy Holdings who leaves the same messages about a file referred to their office regarding a debt collection. The message she left today 9/7/23 states to call ************** to be connected to a debt mediator. The number from which *************************** calls is ************. I have Student Loan debt and a few other debt, they don't answer or simply hang up or don't answer, as the number(s) from which she calls and are identified as potential spam by my phone. However, a vulnerable person may fall for this scam; and it would be a blessing if your agency could shut down this company to prevent consumer fraud and irritation. Also, these people are calling my parent's home making harassing and threaten calls when spoken to them. The ******** lady is rude, disrespectful, harassing me, and making threatening calls. Also called my employment as well. I don't know how or where these people get the phone numbers. I do not appreciate this company harassing me or my 86 year old mother.

Received a voicemail from a spoofed number *************) that I have blocked due to repeated harassing robocalls from "***************************" at "Champion Strategy Holdings". I have no outstanding debts, my excellent credit rating is proof enough of that and any time they call they leave no identifying information to prove that they have a reason for calling me specifically. They claim they have a 'time-sensitive file' that must be resolved or it will be sent to my local county processor and I will forfeit 'my rights'. There is never any real substance to these calls, they are nothing but scare tactics to try and scam you into sending money to 'resolve the issue'.Do not answer any calls from Champion Strategy Holdings. They are scum, and the best thing to do is block any number they call from. Do not give them any information; it's clear they don't have anything substantial when pressed and are just fishing to have you provide them with your own critical information. The one time I worked in good faith to explain they have the wrong person, they were incredibly rude and threatening, which made me realize they're nothing but scammers. Do not let them fool you, they're a disease.

On 17 August, we received a VM from a person named ************************* with Champion Strategy Holdings who stated she was attempting to collect a debt which has been turned over to their office. Upon returning the phone call to the number provided by *************************, we were connected with another person at Champion. We basic information about the debt which could not be provided, and then requested a debt validation letter to be provided. The unprofessional, rude and badgering behavior of the Champion representative was inexcusable. It is now 23 August 2023 and we have not been provided with a debt validation letter and/or any information regarding the debt.

I got a message from *************************** about an attempt to collect a debt. I called the number back and all phone staff was rude. Asking me if I was hard of hearing or if there was something wrong with me. Nothing but disgustingly nasty scam artists. Beware.
