To Whom it may concern,This letter is to inform you that I recently received a copy of my credit report that your company publishes and after reviewing it I found a number of items on the report that are inaccurate. The accounts in question are listed below. Please send me copies of the documents that you have in your files as of this date that you used to verify the accuracy of the accounts listed **************************** ACCOUNT NUMBER: ******* ***. $650.00 Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681g I have the right to demand that you disclose to me all of the documents that you have recorded and retained in your file at the time of this request concerning the accounts that you are reporting in my credit report. Please dont respond to my request by saying that these accounts have been verified. Send me copies of the documents that you have in your files that were used to verify them. If you do not have any documentation in your files to verify the accuracy of these disputed accounts then please delete them immediately as required under Section 611(a)(5)(A)(i). By publishing these inaccurate and unverified items on my credit report and distributing them to 3rd parties you are damaging my reputation and credit worthiness.Business response

I am not liable for this debt with charter communications, I do not have a contract with The Credit Collection Services they did not provide me with the original contract as i requested.Also, I paid the credit collections, but without any contract I will like my payment to be fully disputed and refunded back into my bank account.Business response

Upon contacting credit collection services to rectify a debt and receive a validation letter I was told I would not be able to do anything with the debt spoke with **** the supervisor and she stated there is a hold on the collection and that not only would she not be able to validate the debt but that she did not have the debt as castl key the original creditor did on the credit it clearly states credit collection services and I am fully aware without a company successful validating they are obligated to remove the collection from my credit historyBusiness response

Said debtor is not the orginal grantee nor does said debtor has any contractual agreement with said consumer that show an actual sign agreement with the consumer. By not notifying the consumer and having a contractual agreement with consumers physically signature this violates consumer reporting law and should be removed immediately from the consumer ms ************Business response

I've continually contacted this company and the credit bureaus about an account that is being falsely and inaccurate reported on my credit. I have yet to receive a response or resolution. This account was paid in full to Geico. I have never paid any payments to CCS yet they are reporting the account inaccurately. Geico sent the paid off letter to them and myself. I am requesting the removal of this account. This company is unprofessional and is refusing to fix their mistake. This is ruining my attempts to rebuild my credit.Business response

I received a collection notice from Credit Collection Services for an alleged debt related to an All State Insurance policy for the period of May 1, 2024, to May 9, 2024. However, I never signed up for a home insurance policy with All State during this period or at any time. I had only requested a quote from them.I currently hold valid home insurance coverage through State Farm, policy number 83-G0-W546-1, effective from May 18, 2023, to May 18, 2024, and renewed from May 18, 2024, to May 18, 2025. I have submitted the Declaration Pages from State Farm to both CCS and All State Insurance multiple times to prove my coverage during this time period.Despite providing this documentation, CCS has failed to properly process this information and continues to pursue collection of this false debt. Worse, they have reported this invalid debt to the credit bureaus, causing my credit score to drop.Resolution Requested:I request that Credit Collection Services immediately cease all collection activities related to this false debt.I expect them to notify the credit bureaus immediately to remove the inaccurate information from my credit report.I request written confirmation that the debt has been resolved and that the negative information has been removed from my credit file.If this issue is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to pursue legal action against Credit Collection Services and All State Insurance for the damages caused by this false reporting.I trust that the BBB can assist in resolving this matter swiftly and fairly.Business response

I am reaching out to urgently address errors on my credit report due to the unauthorized release of my personal information to credit bureaus, which has caused me significant financial and emotional distress.Under 15 USC 1681 Section 602, I have the right to financial privacy, and I expect that my information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.Furthermore, 15 USC 1681 Section 604(a)(2) specifies that a consumer reporting agency cannot disclose account information without my explicit consent, which I have not provided.The inaccuracies linked to CREDIT CONTROL SERVICE have negatively impacted my financial situation, and I demand immediate correction.Additionally, 15 USC 1666(b) prohibits creditors from marking credit card payments as late under certain conditions.Please find my account details below for your reference: Account Number: 2319****I request a thorough review and prompt resolution of these discrepancies in strict compliance with federal laws.If these issues are not addressed promptly, I may be forced to pursue legal action.
