      I want to file a complaint against Wright Patt Credit Union for continually allowing fraudulent activity to occur on my accounts. I have had to receive numerous new debit cards which create a hardship on my finances & way of life. Around December 2023 I received text messages claiming to be Wright Patt about fraudulent activity but it was a scam. Just today, I received phone calls from someone claiming to be with Visa/Wright Patt wanting to verify the debit card I will be receiving. This was also a scam because I called Wright Patt asking if this was legit. The person I spoke to said it was not. I have asked Wright Patt reps what I can do to avoid these occurances & they throw it back to me with unrealistic ideas. One person told me to start paying cash when I get gas & the person I spoke to 8/9 told me to use ApplePay. I asked the person I spoke to today if it was possible for Wright Patt to do a deep dive into my account to avoid anymore problems. I HAD TO ASK THEM!! They are not doing enough to keep my accounts safe and secure.

      I do not have a debt with this company, I do not have a contract with Wright Patterson. They have not sent me a copy of the original contract that I have requested.

      i recently cashed in what i now know is a fraudulent check that was worth 1,500. this was because someone told me to get apple gift cards through i job that i was working online. i followed through until i told my parents about it and they told me to not get the gift cards. i didn’t spent a single dime on that check before the bank eventually took the money back. now my bank is closed. what do i do?

      i have been with Wright Patt Credit union since July of 2023. I set up auto Pay at the top of the loan and again in January 2024, after I suspended payment and ended up missing my due date by a few days in December. Having corrected that before any reporting period, the business helped me get the auto pay set back up, however the information that they put on the paperwork was incorrect and off by about 1.00 a month causing every autopay since January to be incorrect. I have contacted the business several times, and it wasn't until May when the extra $1 didn't. go through for 30 days that they are now reporting in their internal system a late payment even though the error was on their part. I have called time and time about this, and no correction aside from go to a branch that isn't convenient to get to with my schedule. This is absurd and a terrible experience..

      Yes they resolved my issue with complete satisfaction, the business was able to get my autopsy corrected to the correct amount and noted that the previous ones were not my fault which allowed me to take advantage of the resources available to me. They handled all aspects and made sure to communicate through each stage.

      I have banked with Wright Patt Credit Union for years, and in the past year they have ruined my credit and stole money from me. They systematically placed someone else neglected payments on my credit report and now I am unable to finance my medication as a disabled veteran. Also, they will not release funds that was owed to me in the amount of $28. Please help me resolve this ongoing issue with this uneducated and corrupt organization.

      We have a total of eight accounts open with Wright-Patt a mortgage of $140,000, a second mortgage of $ 90,000, four car payments totaling $1155 and a personal loan of $900 and the credit card account totally $12,000 which I have explained to the credit card department that we are unable to make payments on these unsecured loan; however, explained we are trying to save our home and cars which requires access to online banking to make payments as needed as the customer is not a 24hour center. The supervisor of the department stated I am bulling her by requesting access and not making a payment to the credit card account and that I am capable of making payment to her on my loans and refused to provide access to online banking to make other payments then disconnected the call. I explained we are in the process of filing bankruptcy and my attorney advised not to pay the credit card accounts only what will be reaffirmed which is the other loans. These practices are abusive and unfair as no one has called me in an attempt to have a conversation - I think my husband was called; however, he works during the day at a call center and I work from home capable of answering the phone. I did receive an email but as I explained before to the representatives, I don't have the money for the credit card accounts only the secured loans I need to survive and make ends meet. They are rude and do not want to help with the situation trying to strong arm the consumer to pay what they are unable to pay and if you cannot pay you cannot have access to online banking no matter how many accounts you have with the company... I need help, please.

      I have had a car loan with Wright Patt Credit Union since Sept 2021. On 3 separate occasions this company has placed a charge on my loan for almost $4,000. The reason was because they stayed I didn’t have car insurance. Each time I had car Insurance and provided proof. Then Wright Patt would credit the original charge off my account. My concern is and I have placed many of phone calls with no resolution to have the daily interest also credited associated with the charges. Wright Patt tells me there system can’t do that. Sometimes these charges would sit on my account for over a month before I noticed it. I would like the interest credited back to my loan.
