This company reported a derogatory on my credit in violation of federal ****. This was a bad surprise in the middle of purchasing a home. I have never received any billing contact in writing nor phone call from either this company nor their client, Supercare Health. It took some sleuthing and per conversation with Supercare health directly, **************** confirmed they had inaccurate contact information and pulled all collections back from "Collection Management" on SEPT 13 2024 per ***** at SuperCare Health and several subsequent phone calls with ******* and Crizza, and manager **** (email attached.) "COLLECTION MANAGEMENT" is instructed to remove all derogatories from all credit reporting immediately and to provide a letter on company letterhead of such to this email address wiithin 48 hours.Business response

Bureau Name: *************** Address: P.O. ************************ Recently, I did an investigation on my credit report and found several items on there to be inaccurate. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681e (b)Accuracy of report Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report, it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure the maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. 15 U.S. Code 1681i (5)Treatment of inaccurate or unverifiable information(A)In general if, after any reinvestigation under paragraph (1) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or cannot be verified, the consumer reporting agency ******)promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer, or modify that item of information, as appropriate, based on the results of the reinvestigation; and ii)promptly notify the furnisher of that information that the information has been modified or deleted from the file of the consumer. Please remove the following items from my credit report, immediately. Accounts 1. **********************, Account #******** Amount $512 and Account #.******** $512 These accounts are being reported inaccurately, please remove these from my credit report immediately. If after 14 days no action is taken i will assume you have disagreed at that point i have documented all these attempts with proof for a legal paper trial and will turn present case with facts and proof to the **** and my attorney, I'm also Licensed Broker for the state of ***** and am familiar and experienced with these types of cases. as per previous public complaints i see your response is the same template over and over which i will not contact by phone only in writing. This company made a fraudulent collections on my credit for $2,138. I randomly received a notification that my credit score has decreased due to a major derogatory ***** This is utterly frustrating since I have built my credit to buy a house after this overseas deployment. My credit score has dropped 22 points because of this. I researched this company and over 150 people have complained about the same issue. This is unacceptable and I need this removed from my credit report as soon as possible.Business response

We are getting phone calls with a recording from 'Lisa W******* Credit Management Co.' saying we owe a debt of $1240. I know of no such debt or unpaid bills. This is a scam. The calls need to stop. We do not have caller ID so it is dangerous to health to answer because I am disabled and difficult to reach the phone. They are a nuisance and provide no information. You only get a recording to pay when you call the 888-250-7027 to speak to someone to get information. How do we get them to stop?Business response

They randomly added a false collection debt on my credit report without any knowledge or notification or any attempt to collect, I don’t even know what debt they’re are talking about. Not helpful at all.Business response

I contacted the Credit Management Company on 7/16/24 after disputing an unknown collection account on credit karma. I called the company to gather more information on what the collection was due to never having received a bill in the first place. I spoke with a representative whom stated I owed 2 separate medical debts. We then discussed settling for a lesser amount of $597.20. I authorized a one time payment of $597.20 on 7/25/24 which posted to my account on 7/27/24. This payment was to settle the debt for a lesser amount with the agreement of the collection being removed from my credit report. The company has called non stop harassing me and then ran my card that was used previously for the same amount WITHOUT my authorization on 8/26/24 resulting in credit card fraud.Business response

On May 13, 2024, this company opened a collection account on my TransUnion credit report. I have not used the Original creditor: AMERICAN MEDICAL RESPONSE. Balance updated on Jun 26, 2024. I have not been able to get in touch with this company after multiple calls. I'm trying to go through a dispute with TransUnion. I believe this company has accessed my information through fraudulent practices and am seeking to get this resolved as I've had my identity stolen ~3 years ago.Business response

I have been contacted multiple times by a credit management company regarding an alleged outstanding balance. Despite informing them repeatedly that I do not have any outstanding debt, they have continued to pursue collection efforts. Unfortunately, after several unsuccessful attempts to resolve the matter, the credit management company reported the collection to my credit report. Recently, during a three-way call involving myself, the credit management team, and the insurance company, it was conclusively confirmed that there is no outstanding debt associated with my account. The insurance company verified all the information provided by the credit management team, confirming that no debt exists. Despite this clear resolution, the credit management company has refused to remove the derogatory account from my credit report. This inaccurate reporting is negatively impacting my credit score and hindering my future financial plans, including purchasing a home. I request immediate action to rectify this situation and remove the erroneous information from my credit report.Business response

I have no idea what this is on my credit. I woke up one day and I randomly got a collection on my credit report. I called the company to find out what it was all about and they claimed that they are simply the facilitator for a 3rd party trying to collect medical bills. I have not had any medical bills nor have they been able to provide any information proving proof of debt. If this does not get resolved I will be forced to pursue legal action against both Credit Management Company and the 3rd party company. I expect this collection to be removed from all thee of my credit reports immediately. If action is not taken within 14 days of the receipt of this complaint my attorney will send the legal papers at which time this will cost more than the 1323 they claim I owe.Business response
