Credit Management constantly harasses me. When they call, they ask me to provide my SSN, date of birth, address. Seriously? I told them repeatedly, under the FCRA not to call me again. Now, they use robo calls. Plus, I receive collection notices weekly. I blocked them on my phone, the robo call leaves voice mail messages daily. This is in direct violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act. Account ********* *** ****** ***** ******** Account #******** *** ****** ***** *********

I am trying to purchase a home, so I went to Credit Karma to check my credit score. I then clicked the debt tab and saw that I had a 1,416 debt in collections. It said that Credit Collections Management, based out of Philadelphia, had placed the amount into collections in April 2024. Upon looking up the company I saw that there were about 120 reviews for the company stating that they had placed a false debt into collections and when they tried to contact the company, no one responded. I do not have any recollection of this debt, and when I checked my personal statements and mail, I did not receive any notification of a debt.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      Hello Ryan,

Thank you for responding. I look forward to receiving the itemized report from your client. May I please get written confirmation that you, nor your company, will put the delinquency back on my credit in a few months without attempting to contact me both over the phone and via mail, especially if the client does not return an itemized report or the delinquency is actually fraudulent? I have read several reviews on your company that have stated that individuals fraudulent delinquencies have been added back onto their credit reports after your company reached out to them and removed it.

On August 8, 2024, I received notifications from two monitoring sources about a significant drop in my credit score. Upon reviewing reports from all three major credit bureaus, I discovered that Collection Management had reported a collection against me. This was surprising as I have maintained an exceptional credit score of 850 before this incident. Additionally, I had not been contacted by any vendor or Collection Management regarding an outstanding debt. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) guidelines, collectors are required to contact you regarding your debt through one of the following methods before reporting the debt to a credit reporting agency: In-person communication Telephone conversation Mailing a letter and allowing a reasonable period (typically 14 days) for undelivered mail notifications Electronic communication and waiting a reasonable period (typically 14 days) for undelivered message notifications Please note that none of these methods have been used to contact me. When I contacted the number listed for Collection Management in my reports, I was connected to a call center in India where the company was referred to as Credit Managers. Due to difficulties in understanding the agent, I asked to be transferred to a U.S.-based call center. Instead, I was redirected to another agent within the same center. After several attempts to reach a U.S. call center, I was provided with a different number. However, when I dialed this number, the individual who responded did not disclose the company’s name, only their personal name, informed me that a U.S. call center was not an option, and abruptly terminated the call. I am formally requesting that Collection Management remove the collection from all reporting bureaus effective immediately and issue a written apology to me, confirming they are in violation of the FDCPA. We can move forward once this is complete.

I appreciate the email, however, I have yet to see my credit restored.  I also go back to the fact that, CMC showed total disregard of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) when initiating the collection on my credit. I was never notified by American Physicians Partners or CMC of said debt prior to the collection being placed on me. The itemized information CMC states I should receive has also never been provided and is required to be sent prior to any collection act being started.

I am rejecting again because, I am currently still waiting for the unjustified collections to be removed from each credit reporting bureau as CMC states would occur. I have also not received any information regarding original billing from said “CMC client”. I will also add this again, under the Fair Debt Collections Protection Practices Act, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau guidelines, this information should have been communicated prior to any collections occurring.

6/13/2023 I was seen at ********* ******** **** *** ***** ***** everyone has been paid and ran through insurance. Apparently the 3rd party doctors did not run theirs though insurance I was never contacted mailed or informed there was a debt. ******* ** ********* ********* debt collector who never contacted me 1 time to inform me that there was a debt before the. Selling it to credit management. I found this out 2 days ago before it popped up on my credit karma and a collections. Called Cascaid who informed me they no longer had the debt and couldn't give me any info regarding the matter. I then spoke with credit management who said they would email me (which they didn't) and would send me an invoice in the mail in 60 days. My insurance had tried contacting them with my authority to handle the matter and infact get it submitted to the insurance for an accurate number. I was never contacted 1 time by either company to inform me that there was a debt before I saw it on my credit report. They told me it was over 365 days old and yeah no wonder because I was never notified nor told about such debt. They constantly hang up and don't offer any help. This is a disgusting practice that should not be allowed here in the United States. I work very hard and pay all my bills. This is very frustrating that these buisness make millions off hard working Americans and can get away with this type of behavior please help. Everyone that billed my insurance was paid as you can see from the uploaded document there is never any mention of this 3rd party. This is directly hurting my credit and they refuse to give me any tangible information to give to my insurance to resolve this matter

I’ve been contacting Credit Managemnt Company about a $5670 collection they have. I’ve called multiple numbers and have been told that they have no record of an account with that amount of money. I called again to try to reach someone else to see if I could get a letter of proof that I was not on record and was hung up on multiple times. This is effecting my credit score and I just want it resolved.

This company made a false remark on my credit report on a bill that was paid off on April 11, 2024. I hold my credit in very high regards. I have reached out to this company and forwarded them the receipt for the bill of the original company. They claim they did not get my email even though I triple checked the email address was correct with the guy, and it said sent on my end. This is absolutely insane that a company can mess up one's credit based on false allegations. I will not only be reporting this to BBB, but I will be reporting to Transunion and speaking with my legal team. I refuse to let a false allegation stay on my credit report.
