      I purchased a camper on 4/30/24 with an extended warranty that is financed, I had issues with the underbelly of the camper was getting wet and the bottom was bowed out, was the shower drain. It was taken in for repairs on 9/4/24 and they said fix which that had it for 2 days, when my dad picked it up on 9/5/24 it was still leaking and my dad took it right back in and they said it was residual water and that it was meant to get wet, which is not true. My husband then called their complaint line and he spoke with the repair guys via conference call along the person that handles their complaints, he was that they didn&#**;t dry out the camper because they didn&#**;t want us to be without our camper. We discussed this issue at the time of dropping it off, they hung up on my husband. I called on 9/11/24 to my warranty company to verify if a claim was even submitted and they advised me that there was never a claim submission for the repairs. I no longer want this camper because I no longer trust that it will be fixed correctly.

      The wife and I purchased a camper on June 21 of 2024. The camper set at our house until August 8 when we took first camping trip we went 12 miles down the road to the *** and the first camping trip was a disaster. Long story short, brought it back to the dealer for repairs found out the frame on the camper is broken. Went to ***** trailer sales in ***** showed him the pictures of the frame. They told me the frame was broken and it was unsafe to be on the road. Been on the phone to corporate about the camper not getting any results. Its been eight weeks. The dealer does not know that I know the frame is broken. Theyre going to change one leaf spring that is bent. There saying the trailer is safe to be on the road. I submit some pictures blow it up and look at the frame real ******** the camper is 2years old when we got it. The camper is in show room condition inside and out.       We paid in full for a 2024 brand new camper from a dealer to avoid multiple repairs and get better quality control, but the product delivered was a lemon and never worked right from day one. It has been flooded due to a manufacturer fault (a window not sealed) along with multiple other issues attached by PDF. We decided to get brand new product because we are living in it after selling our house. It is not a recreational toy. Now it is waterdamaged, not new and will only get worse and grow mold as we wait on camping world to quit dragging their feet. They told us to put a tarp on it and have no sense of urgency to fix the situation, one of their CSR's ****** even said to "take it somewhere else who can deal with it sooner" and "when it rains like this, things leak." As if this was a normal issue. It has been nothing but problems since the first day of ownership (and i have been willing to deal with most of those problems without complaining, but i cannot ignore waterdamage) i have a list attached of defects that it came with. The dealer has had poor customer service from the begining, it was delivered without keys, a temp tag, and owners manual (and we had to power struggle with them to get those, and still dont have a owners manual) then everyday after that new issues were discovered. The dealer feels no responsability and does not stand behind the products they sell, we were treated like a pest as if dissatisfied customers are a neusence. We dont have buyers remorse and are not picky people, they sold us a faulty product. If i wanted to buy trash, then i would look for a camper on ******** marketplace at a 3rd of the cost. If we were dealing with a vehicle, then it would be totalled out and the title branded, but i suppose the rules are different with campers, i would like help in getting either a full refund, a replacement, or a full rebuild. We also have no where to stay while our camper is gone, and they should be covering the transportation

      We purchased an RV first it was buyers remorse because we didnt realize the ** door had openings where you can be seen in Restroom. We purchased on 21 of July the first day we noticed the awning wouldnt close couldnt drive like that.       Purchased new 2024 Georgetown 7 series 36D class A from Camping world in ******************* on May 27, 2024. When we did the walk around and check to make sure everything was operational and ready for my first trip. That's when I was notified that the bed did not function and was stuck in place. Was going to back out of the sale until it was fixed but *** the service manager and *** the salesman assured me that they would get it fixed by the time the paperwork was done. Waited until almost closing time (3 plus) hours after paperwork completed and I was told that it could not be fixed today they needed parts. "Take the ** and bring it in when you get back from your trip and we will get it fixed." Called set an appointment to have it and other issues fixed. Was driving 60 miles an hour on I-95 into *************** and the driver's side blind fell from the roof hitting me in the side of the face. Got out of ** when we got to our distention shut the door and the passenger's side blind fell into the baby seat thank God, I had gotten him out of it before it fell. Went to look for the roof for wifi hookup no ladder to climb up. Opened the storage area and there it was in the box. Shut the closet door and the trim fell off, went to move the front seat and it didn't work. Camping world took the ** to do repairs and was given a complete list on July 10, 2024.After them having the ** for two weeks I called to get the status was told that all repairs had been done and they were just waiting on a bed motor from the manufacturer. I started calling twice daily and was told a different story every time and was usually talking to the same person (***). Finally on August 6, 2024, I took a drive to the dealership because the front desk clerk made a comment that you sure do call a lot and hung-up. The ** had never moved from the spot it was parked in on July ******* and no repairs had been done. I got in it and drove it home no paperwork was provided because nothing was done.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
      Camping world corporate office promised that I would get a call/email to bring my RV in to have repairs completed in 7 to 10 days. That promise was made on 08/16/2024 it is obvious that they are not capable of making the repairs needed. This should have been taken care of before it was ever put on the lot for sale as a new vehicle. It is now several months old and cannot be used. At this time, I am requesting that they give me a full refund of all monies.

Finalized all legal sales in ********** ** location including all deposits completed. 8/27/24 I receive a text from ******* that I owe them $4000 due to a mistake on their end. I have no knowledge since it has been over 4 months. 9/23/24 - Hamburg sends another text telling me they with **** $4000 from my debit card without my authorization or consent. Mind you, not one letter or email about whatever their mistake was did I receive. No paper trail or legal letter of what their problems is. It has been OVER 5 months since the purchase! Also, camper has been at factory in ******* for 3 months because of water damage under warranty, mean while I been making all payments, insurance and storage fees and don't even have use of it. They stole my money illegally from my account and I had to report it as fraud. They did NOT try and work anything out since again there is NO paperwork emailed of sent my mail documenting anything. Now I can't pay my bills for end of month and they don't care!

                    CWRV Sales confirms we have spoken to the customer. On 4/16/2024, Mr. Wheeler signed a Credit Card Receipt authorizing a $4000 charge on his credit card. The charge was as a portion of his deposit which is listed on the

                    Buyer's Order and Retail Installment Agreement, both documents were also endorsed by Mr. Wheeler. Customer received on 7/25/24 a refund of $4000 was processed and the funds were deposited back to Mr. Wheelers

                   account. Camping World CWRV Sales contacted Mr. Wheeler on 8/27/2024, provided a copy of the refund receipt updated and was asked about recollecting the deposit. On 8/27/2024, CWRV Sales contacted Mr. Wheeler

                   again in an attempt to work with the customer on the best way to recollect the deposit. Mr. Wheeler responded he had no knowledge of the refund and he was out of town. On 9/23/2024 CWRV Sales again contacted the

                   customer to notify him a payment was being processed on his previously agreed upon form of payment to satisfy his sales agreement. Due to the manufacturer defects, Mr. Wheeler agreed to allow his camper to be returned to

                   the factory for repair, on 9/10/2024 Mr. Wheelers Camper was picked up and transported to the factory. To that end we consider this matter closed.

      I am rejecting this response because:    Not ONE email, letter or certified mail was sent to me in regards to this issue.  Having a person text me from Camping World is not proper business nor professional.  I explained in the text I have not received any documentation from Camping World BOTH Hamburg NY location and Coco Beach FL location on this matter.  My contractual agreement states I had 48 from date of purchase 4/17 to complete all deposits and signatures to solidify the bill of sale which I have that contract agreement.   Camping World does NOT have the right 5 months and 10 days later to access my personal bank account unauthorized (FRAUD and UNLAWFUL) using previous private information because of their error if any.  4/13/24 was start date of Sale and finalized on 4/17/24.  Camping World committed FRAUD and UNLAWFUL activity and if they had an issue with something on their end.... again.. there has been no Professionalism from Camping World by providing me proper documentation via mail about this matter.  General Manager called me to discuss options, but not one option was given.  I repeated many times please send me proper documentation to prove their issue.  Lastly, Camping World does NOT have the right to commence such crime of fraud forcefully taking customers funds from their bank!  As far the Camper Status, it has been in repair shop for 3 months with water damage documented since end of June 2024.  I still do not have this unit and I have been paying monthly payments on loan, storage and insurance which now is a complete waste of my funds.  Camping World did not offer ANY recourse for this problem.  Camping World's attitude was oh well, you have a warranty and things happen.. sorry for your loss.  Also, Camping World Complaint Dept told me sorry you have bills to pay and can't pay them now that we took your money.  UNPROFESSIONAL!   UNLAWFUL!  FRAUD!

      Date of transaction: Aug.21,2024-Sept.21,2024. Amount of transactions: $30,000; business committed to deliver brand new unit ..the unit had MANY defects including steering(safety hazard); business did attempt to fix unit(failure to fix steering as of Sept13) unsure if resolved as I have not been back. I had to leave the state to get my ailing mother. Which business knew all about. The nature of the dispute is that I was given a faulty unit with safety defects. I am also lead to believe (as I was told this from financial office) that we didnt make enough money, so they added extra income so we could get the loan. My mother also received a loan refusal letter from the company dated *******. Mothers birthday is incorrect on contract and insurance company. We signed the contract on Aug 22did not even view unit until Aug 29. Did not have unit in my possession until Sept 6, which is when I found out about the steering. I then returned said unit on Sept 8 and told them I wanted a refund. They refused. Tried to speak with **. He refused. I reached out to CEO and was called back by someone else, then the maintenance ****** then someone else. In addition, the salesman, ****** ****, that was representing the company was fired in the middle of our transaction on Sept 5. I feel that my mother and I have been taken advantage of by this company. We still do not have possession of said unit. And do NOT want possession, as they have taken advantage of my distress and my mothers disability and the fact that she was not in the state.

      My husband and I purchased a new 2024 ** from Camping World in **********, ** on 7/17/24. On the day we brought this camper home, we reached out to our salesman because there was a tear in the awning. On the day of picking this up, we did go through a "demo" with someone in service. We did not see it at this time, but there were several other issues that WERE noted. We were told to bring the unit back so they could look at it. The service department told us they found other tears that we did not notice. Basically, we have gone back and forth regarding the 11 "work orders" that were put in by ***** ********. (Service contact person). We have also reached out to **** ******** the general manager. We were told the awning would NOT be covered by *********, the manufacturer, but **** approved this. It has been 2 months and have not gotten any of these issues "work orders" resolved. Some of the issues my husband had to correct in order for us to actually use the *** My next step is to notify the bank that we financed this through (Camping World provided this) and let them know what is happening because we contemplated, not making payments until the issues were resolved or bringing the ** back and have our credit score take a deep hit. We have excellent credit at this time. Perhaps we might also hire an attorney. This is just extremely frustrating purchasing a new ** and finding all of the issues and not getting them corrected. I do have all of our communication documented because we were told that email was the best form of communication, since they receive so many calls throughout the day. I did call and leave messages, but those were not returned. I did attach the work orders. Please let me know if you need anything else in order to resolve these issues.
