      Before signing papers on a 2024 RV on 9/21/24 from Camping World Tyler *** I told the lady helping me, ***** to talk to my wife about coverages, my wife told her we did not want any, ***** came back and said she did, she lied and go caught. Tried to cheat me out of thousands.Returned trailer on 9/22/24 to confront manager and inform them of all the warranty issues. Would not take trailer back, they had to rewrite contract, which has wrong date on it.Returned trailer on 10/2/24 for 16 repairs, some are major, one kept us from using trailer.All 16 problems existed when I picked it up on the first day. After paying 995$ to Camping World to take care of these problems before the trailer left with me. Was also told if I left the trailer there I would be charged storage fees. Have not herd from them since.

      I am rejecting this response because: Did not refuse to let them work on the trailer, wanted someone who could work on the trailer, let me drive off the lot with a 2024 new trailer that could not be used.
      Brought the trailer to them with a 16 item list of repairs that existed the day I picked it up new. My question is why weren't these problems addressed.
      Why did you allow me to take it like it was.
      Is it not your problem to fix these problems before selling the unit.
      Sounds like a bad way to run a business!
      In addition to not taking care of the trailer, you installed the 5th wheel hitch in my truck in correctly and the capture plate on the trailer wrong.
      So why would I want someone who clearly cannot, will not do the RIGHT THING!

      I am rejecting this response because:Camping World is only interested in profits not the customer. The trailer was NOT made ready for delivery, it was pushed out the door for profit only, I suspect there was no PDI done on the trailer what so ever.Thats not to mention you installed the hitch on the truck improper and installed the wrong capture plate on the trailer, all of which in the name of profit. You don't want to make this right and give me money back, I'll see you in court.

      Since buying this RV from the Cicero camping world brand new in 2022 we have had nothing but issues. We have already filed multiple complaints with both the churchville camping world and Cicero camping world. Both have failed to fix/repair the issues and churchville camping world has even damaged our camper, and the fix was half done leaving stress cracks in the paint. Neither manager takes accountability for the issues not being fixed by either saying they dont know whats going on or they are waiting on parts. The floor has a rip in it since we got it, the table is wrong, the speakers were never hooked up, the internet connection through the winegard is not done, there is rust along the frame, rust starting on the table screws in floor. The list goes on. Ive never had anything *** ever purchased have so many issues with no resolution. Weve dropped off the camper during the winter to be worked on the last 2 years only to find out no work has been done. We have had to cancel or not go on camping trips to try and get the work done in the summer. Its to the point where we may take legal action if these do not get repaired. We have given camping world many chances to make this right.

      Nov. 6 2023 brought unit to Camping World for warranty work with Service writter ***** ******** after departing to head home we phoned them to have the camper locked up they ASURED US that nothing would happen to the unit while waiting on there lot because it would be on CAMERA. While still waiting for roof approval from ******** items where stolen out of a cabinet THEY failed to lock up some of the items were from the manufacturer and some items were our personal property they dragged there feet in contacting the police we had to on numerous occasions.( we have police report). Once work finally start on unit after having to remind them camping season was just over *************************************************************************** a found the camper outside NOT LOCKED UP AGAIN so she lock it once again this seems to be a trend with this place! Unit brought inside roof stripped sent video of progress found broken trusses had BIG issues with these went back and forth with ** and Hartland finally got the right ones. This was the end of April. We asked if the unit could be ready for May 18 we were ASURED it would be. So we went and picked up unit to find more items stolen out of unit ALL cabinets opened up again the night before we requested the *** to meet us there in case of problems (they ghosted us) found all kinds of DAMAGE by there technicians we have pictures the manufacturer cant understand why they took things apart the way they did for a roof repair. We have been unsuccessful in getting ******** to help us deal with ALL the problems with this facility right now this unit is still broken we have lost this whole summer camping season and were still making payment on this wrecked camper my wife has a better written timeline. We also have been trying hard to seek legal counsel but when they find out its against ** they decline we hope you can help feel free to contact us we have a LARGE file of pics and emails to big for this space. UNIT IS UNUSABLE

      They want us to do ANOTHER LENGTHY list of issues with this unit we have already documented and provide pictures months ago to the manufacturer which has acknowledged the faulty repair work of this facility they want to dispatch a road mobile tech out to go over list and take more pictures.       Bought a camper from camping world in January and tried to sell it back to them in July. After an inspection to figure out a buy back quote on July 6, 2024, they found damage in bedroom wall due to trim being installed incorrectly. With it being a 2024, I still had manufacturers warranty. They spoke with forest river and repairs were originally denied due to lack maintenance from customer. After I spoke with Forest River and explained I took the camper to Camping world before the maintenance checks, they approved the warranty. However, during this 3 months process, I was told they were talking to communicating back and forth between Camping World and ************ but the order wasnt even submitted until the last week on 8/12/24, which is why they denied it the first time. Their paperwork even states they lost my camper during this time. I believe they submitted the claim late, since Forest River needed pictures and they couldnt get pictures because they couldnt locate my camper. On July 6, they told me my camper was worth ******. After the work was done in August, it was now only worth ****** due to time passing and depreciation. I also had an issue with the warranty department. Went in there July 6 for the buy back to cancel the 3 year extended warranty and was told I would get 2700 back since it had been 6 months. When I called 9/30/24, Im told they never started the process of cancelation because I never approved. Completely false. They even told me that since I canceled the extended warranty that if the manufacturers denied the work, it would be out of pocket, However, now Im being told it was never canceled. Now I get less money back for the warranty as well. So during this whole process Ive lost about ***** in value.

      I had hail damage to my 2020 TT JAYCO FLIGHT 32TSBH on 7/13/23 and I had reached out to Camping world of **********, where I purchased it from previously, for the hail damage. Which I was told to bring it in on7/21/23 at 9am for the repairs by email, which we dropped off at their location the night before. I was notified on 8/21/23 that the camper should be complete and can pick up anytime, which we did pick up shortly after. When we picked it up we noticed to propane cover was not replaced and spoke with **** from the service department which he told me they had none in stock and would mail it to my house. Upon arriving to our house and putting items back into our camper we noticed we were also missing a door clamp to our storage compartment, the level to help level our camper that was on the passenger front side of the camper, which I email *** Charpnenter on 10/7/23. I spoke with her short time later on the phone and she stated the same thing and should be seeing it at my doorstep within 3-4 days. On 10/19/23 I emailed her regarding that I still had not received the parts and that if they had it in store I could stop in and get it. I had also received a letter saying there was a recall on my propane regulator and asked if that could get replaced with the missing parts. There were several emails back and forth between *** and I and even a ****** ****** which they keep telling me that they will check into why my parts were not replaced or where they are and when they will be in. This has been constant back and forth communication by email and phone calls for the last year!! I'm fed up and even told *** that I will even pick them up and have someone else put them on my camper since they don't seem to have the time. She said she would get back to me and that's that! Haven't heard a word from her and she screens her phone calls by having me tell them who is calling. All I want is my missing parts and that is it! STORAGE DOOR LOCK, LEVEL, PROPANE COVER, PROPANE REG.

      Camping world was supposed to have checked out this new camper before it was delivered to me. I had checked some features before we were to leave on vacation. Found the water pump wasn't working. I called and they said the couldn't help me before I left on my trip. I called a separate service center to do the repairs. So I could go on my trip as planned. I've spoken to the manager **** and ******* river to get compensated for the charges and can't get anyone to respond back. While on my trip I found other things that were told to me that the camperhad or would do..and found that that was not the case. I found a new dead battery that was told to me was new and wasn't. It was to last 3 day dry camping by solar and had to go buy new battery's. I was told the TV was 12v and would work. As well that wasn't the case.
